Bad place to shop . Nothing never in stock the employees come there high and no one is ever at the register. The manger Danielle is rude shorted me on my change and sold some expired milk that I couldn’t refund. I remember when this place was clean now it’s a dump. Danielle the new manger should be removed of her duties .

Bad experience. When I approached checkout, there were three employees behind the counter carrying on a conversation that didn’t involve work.Cashier ignored a greeting from a customer and proceeded to ring up items while loudly speaking with her coworkers about drinking and partying and what part of Chicago they would be in. Not once was the customer addressed. Rude, unprofessional, she’s way too old to conduct herself that way in a work setting. New to the area and wanted to checkout the store. Will not be returning.

Bad customer service. Cashier ignored a greeting because she was busy talking to other employees about where to go drinking while ringing up our items. Just rude all around. Unprofessional. It’s not that hard to say hello, your total is _____ and goodbye. Easy as that. But her party talk was way more important.

Is pretty sad when the store says it's open till 9 o'clock and you get there at 8:45 they have the doors locked and the guy inside is waving his hand telling you it's closed It's not a good way for your employees to have business for you if it's open till 9 o'clock it should be open till 9 o'clock doors should not be closed at 8:45

ESMERELDA THE STORE MANAGER is a RABID RACIST.She loves to harass and racially profile innocent black people and accuse them of theft.She did that to me today and thank God a another black woman told her that I didn't steal anything!!!! She never apologized and I'm never coming back except for my attorney to drop off the lawsuit papers against her and Family Dollar. Black people don't shop here at all!!! I would have gave 0 stars but people need to SEE this!!!

Every day the lock the doors before they close even though the hours say they are open until 9. They lock the doors at 8:45 ALWAYS. It’s not fair for people like me who get off late at night and have to rush over before they close to get necessities like soap or toilet paper. This needs to be fixed. They should be open until 9 like their sign says. Not a minute earlier or after.
