its a hampton inn but the room were great and clean. But overall i checked in late at night possibly midnight and the lady who was working the front desk was very lovely. She was talking with coworkers but as soon as she saw me she departed her conversation just to see if I needed help. I did i was checking in and she was the perfect host to welcome me after the long drive. I wish i got her name but im sure you can find the schedule and my name and who checked me in. Top notch customer service.

Conveniently located. Very clean rooms. Responsive and friendly staff.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable rooms.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was free and plentiful. It was serve yourself but more than muffins.

Didn't get type of room on reservation. Needed a roll in shower and it was a tub. Wouldn't move us to another room. One of the guests uses a wheelchair. Very difficult to move around. Bad for the price

I stay at a lot of Hampton Inn's all across the country. Some of them really are outstanding like the one in Dalhart Texas. This one is another one that is totally outstanding. I had a great view of a farm right outside my window. It was so quiet and nice and peaceful. I was driving across country and although mainly, I use hotels off the interstate, I want 12 miles off to this one… And it was really amazing. I definitely recommend this Hampton Inn in Paris and there are so many charging stations for your EV. It's modern, new, and looks like it was literally built yesterday. The staff was friendly. It was just a great experience staying here.

Stayed in many Hampton Inns over the last fee years. I was starting to lose faith in the brand as so many Hampton Inns were looking worn down.
This one was beautiful and exactly what I expected from the brand. I heard it was a fresh remodel, and it showed. Everything fresh and clean. Great service.
The location is in a small town with good restaurants and stores. Very close to Terre Haute which was where our event was being held.

I just want to say that if you are ever in the Paris Illinois area and want to get back to quiet,search no more than the Hampton inn.The hotel itself is very stylish with a modern day vibe upon entering,the dining area where the breakfast buffet is very inviting with clean lines and nooks where you can gather your thoughts over a Belgium waffle with whipped cream and strawberries to scones and everything else in between.Coffee bar is located in front along with a nice selection of goodies that satisfy even the sweet tooth in all of us
The pool area is very relaxing and tranquil with cane back chaise loungers and they also have a nice sound system that you can play, right off the pool area is a fire pit and chairs along with bbq grills, unfortunately I couldn't enjoy either one of these due to rain both days
The room was first class,2 queen beds that were so comfortable that my friend had no issue falling asleep,pillows are very comfortable and you just relax when you lay down on them.no tossing or punching pillows here
The bathroom was big enough to have a party in walking shower all your amenities,from shampoo conditioner body wash to extra towels etc,Very nice
But I would like to recognize Lynn the daytime manager,she is all about customer service and satisfaction,my friends birthday was the day they came to Paris,Lynn not only let us go into the room to set up for a surprise party but helped us get it together,from untying a balloon bouquet to getting the cake to fit in fridge.Hampton Inn Paris and Lynn made this little trip a most memorable one, Definitely would stay again

We love this Hampton! We only live 20 minutes away and still book rooms just so the boys can swim and get away from the farm for a night or two.
It's very clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Breakfast is terrific!
Rooms: Very clean and well-appointed . Everything looks new.
Safety: Feels as safe as possible. Surrounding area is corn fields and two factories. Low crime area. Saw a red fox patrolling the parking lot last night. ??
Food & drinks: Coffee bar is available 'round the clock. There's a nice pantry area that looks good. Fresh fruit is complimentary at the front desk. Full breakfast is terrific!

Check in was quick and easy. Which is a big deal for a guy who travels frequently for work. Got upgraded to suite (Diamond Member).
Room was clean except for a little mold in the corner of the shower (minimal).
I wish I could give a shout out to the front desk clerk in the afternoon. She was awesome except for that fact she doesn’t like Chinese food. Haha

Great pool, nice and warm. Perfect temp. Room was nice and clean. Comfy beds. Staff were nice. No complaints.

Exceptionally clean hotel. No dust on horizontal surfaces, clean AC vents, no mold or debris in the AC unit. The shower was spotless!Bed was on the firmer side than I prefer.My room faced the highway, and the road noise was minimal. Even numbered rooms face the highway. Odd face the back of the building, which abuts a large open field.There are 4 EV charging stations here as well. 2 in the back and 2 on the South side of the hotel.Highly recommended if staying in the area.
