“As a former employee, I can say the store has improved a lot since new management took over a bit over a year ago, much cleaner tan it used to be and much more friendly, my only complaint is the old equipment.”

“This Circle K store is a pleasure doing business with. The staff keeps the store clean, stocked and machines running inside along with the gas pumps outside. If a machine needs refilling or repair they are right on top of it without undue delay. I have not once met a staff member who was unfriendly or unaccommodating. This may not be a glamorous high end job in this small rural town; however, these folks take obvious pride in themselves and the service they are providing. They are to be commended for a job well done.”

“Just visited this Casey's and have to give a shout out to Mark the manager. The register had issues and crashed on our order and we had purchased quite a bit. He handled it fantastic and was so friendly during the whole ordeal. Technology failed him a couple times and I'm sure he was frustrated, but his professionalism shined through! Top notch guy there!”

“Ample parking with handicapped spaces available. Store is kept neat and clean. I don't believe a public restroom is available but then I've never looked for it. Hours are from 8am-8pm most days making for the availability of picking up prescriptions and seeking the advice of a pharmacist outside of normal working hours.The pharmacy is also open on weekends. Drive through prescription services available. Doordash, UPS Access point, Photo center and ATM available. A user friendly and functional website where much can be accomplished. The recordings one must wade through to reach a live person are comparable to other businesses. Comparable, but just as frustrating. Prices for other than the pharmacy tend to be higher than the surrounding stores, but this CVS carries products and novelty items not otherwise found locally. Rewards program through ExtraCare. I find the staff at this CVS to be friendly and helpful. The only area I see needing improvement involves the pharmacy itself of which is why I did not give a five star rating. There are different areas to check in for various services. The staff is always busy and hardworking and their main focus is on the prescription pick up area. I have waited at the vaccine check in for a scheduled appointment and my presence is not acknowledged. Those coming in behind me for prescriptions are waited on and I am still not noticed. After waiting for what seems an eternity, which is not, I move to the Rx pickup area. It's after my scheduled appointment time by then and another person who just arrives and goes to the vaccine check in area, is noticed immediately. They are provided services first, despite my scheduled appointment, and I continue to wait. This has happened more than once and is why I consider it needing improvement. Perhaps a chime or condense all services to one area? I am usually not in a hurry for much of anything but no one likes to feel slighted.For this reason, I will now obtain my vaccines elsewhere. In spite of this one noted area, I find the staff and this CVS to be a pleasure to do business with.”
