“I've never any anything but good service here. The location is large, well maintained, and easily accessible. I will say it is a pretty typical post office though. There can be lines, other customers can slow things down, and you just have to accept that.”

“I've been to a lot of different post offices around the U.S. and the one at Sorento is among one of the friendliest I have ever been to. The people really go out of there way to make a person feel welcomed. This is a post office where if you just know someone who lives in town you can mail a letter to that person and just address it with their name and "Sorento, IL" (although I'm not sure how long the higher ups will allow that to continue). It's a great and friendly little post office that is part of the life blood of the community.”

“Had to go here because I needed to purchase stamps and mail off a few letters. There were several people ahead of me, including a woman who spent almost 20 minutes inquiring about EVERYTHING related to shipping...times, expense, weights, etc. When it was finally my turn, I purchased my postage and mailed my items. The woman behind the counter was efficient and to the point.”
