I'm not usually one to write bad reviews but they really fell through for me the day before my wedding. I was running 5 minutes late and they turned me and part of my party away. I understand scheduling and not appreciating us being late but one of our party was there and she could have started with her. We also explained the circumstances and that my WEDDING was the next day and they still said they couldn't help us. I am usually one for supporting family businesses in Pana. We have spent lots of money there and gotten our nails done with work, for my sister's wedding, and gotten gift certificates for my mom through the years, but we won't be visiting this establishment again. I hate to say this because they had always been great before but that is just something you don't forget. Marie has always been great and I hope this won't affect her credibility or her business anymore than theexperience already has.Service: Manicure

Recently had my nails done, gel manicure. I had them done in the morning and by 3 two had peeled off and two did not get clear top coat and are all smudged. Waste of $30 :(Service: Manicures

Shannon is great with nails.I have a paralyzed hand & she took the time to figure out how to paint the nails on that hand for my most comfort & not to mess them up.she is very patient.Shannon & Marie are both very friendly & will treat you well.

Very poor communication in the tuxedo rental part. for my sisters wedding, they didn’t order enough vests & shirts. when confronted, they said that’s all you ordered. she then went back and looked at her messages and realized she was wrong. she ordered the wrong color ties and tried to say that’s the color my sister picked out. THEN after looking at everyone’s vests, one persons was different than everyone else’s. At this point, the wedding is over and we just had to deal with someone having a vest that didn’t match. she now will not respond to any messages and would not meet my sister when dropping off the vests & shirts.
