“Never have I walked into a Currency Exchange and have been greeted, and with a smile too! I always thought that they (and other government buildings) hire the most miserable, ungrateful people - well, not here!! The super nice man said "hello" as I was walking in, he made conversation, he was present, he SMILED, said thank you, wasn't on his cell phone or clacking his nails on the desk while staring off into space intentionally to waste my time. “On Friday, September 5, 2021 at 12:11 PM, I was looking for a product to keep my bars of soap from melting. I stopped a young man named Israel and asked if he knew where it would be. I told him it was hanging on the end of an aisle on a dangling display rack. He told me he never heard of it and said it's possible it was not reordered. I thanked him and continued shopping. When I was at the checkout, Israel came looking for me saying he found it. The product is called Soap Saver. I was so surprised to see him because I thought he really wasn't paying attention to what I was asking. It's very rare that you find a sales person who actually follows through on your request or a question. I just wanted this young man to know I really appreciated what he did and the time he took to do it. There are too many people not caring about their jobs anymore, but this young man went over and above, I'm sure, of what he needed to do. It wasn't a big product and I'm sure it was hard to find but I appreciate it immensely. Thank you again Israel.”

I had been to 2 other locations and there services were down and the location at 143rd and Wolf Road wasa joke no employees on The floor to help theCustomers there was about five of us justStanding waiting to be helped. So one gentleman knocked on this door and a womanCame out but she was a lazy ridiculousEmployee and after Standing there for tenMinutes she tells me the services I needed were down I will never go back in that store.
