Hoping this gets the manager’s attention I am a former 20 year customer at your locationbut I came in today, they were busy told me come back in 30 min it was 4:48 and I know people working as employees dl t care about the customer they told me were closing in 10 minutes and wouldn’t keep my appointment, so I’m now headed to great clips in palos heights and unless I get a sincere apology and a coupon the great clips store in p heights has me as a regular customer now

I always receive a perfect cut every time I go here. Never had any kind of issue with them shaving my head with a #2. I always look and feel good when I leave.Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming and appreciate the business but on occasion you get someone that really is not all that friendly.The prices are right and the store is always well kept.
