One of the worst customer services in all the Walgreens I went before. While I was waiting for assistance, I had to endure two employees who were loudly complaining about their boss and coworkers. Nasty people, nasty languages, and nasty behavior. Cannot believe people like that were hired these days. What happened in our society?!

Libni one of your employees, need to be retrained, especially with how to take care of customers. You can't just turn back and leave your customer.

This company will scam you for you money by forcing you to come again and again tricking you with coupons that you can use next next next time. And when that next time comes it’s only .45c. Shame on all the executive staff for intentionally misrepresenting. And clearly managers on staff just shrug their shoulders.

Worst experience ever at a Walgreens. I needed a Covid test since a family member tested positive. Scheduled online. Showed up 10 minutes early "Hi, I'm xxx and here for my Covid test appointment." Them: Oh, we don't do that here. Me: "Yes you do, I scheduled it online." Them: That's probably old information. Let me check.20 minutes later and they confirm they do in fact test for Covid. "But you need to register online." I just stare at her then point out I already did. She looks it up and finds my name.We're now 15 minutes PAST my appointment time. Wait another 10 minutes. Called into the little exam room. OK, I've been in a few of these. This one looks like a storage area that's still in use and they tossed in a couple of chairs and a counter. It's a mess. They hand me the swab (that's how it's done now.) I swap and hold it out to her when done. She stares at it blankly for a moment. Then realizes she has to put it somewhere.She literally searches around on a shelf and pulls out one of those yellow parts bins. Dumps some stuff out of it, then says "put it in here". I think the CDC would have something to say on this. I said that I should put into something - so she handed me half the paper the swab came in. So the swab wound up on the bottom of this visibly dirty parts bin. "We'll send you the results in 2 hours."They never sent the results. I doubt they even did the test, or if they did, the sample was too contaminated. But I'm sure they'll still bill the state/insurance.

I had my TDAP vaccine here recently. The pharmacist, Merna, administered the shot. She was very kind and, welcoming. Everything went very smoothly

The older gentleman at the cashier on the night of 07/11/23 has no business in customer service. He got extremely anxious and huffed and puffed and STEPPED AWAY from the register and said "Fine, DO WHAT YOU WANT" Simply because I needed to pay a remaining balance with a separate food stamps card. Don't like the job you applied for? Can't have decent manners with a simple greeting and goodbye with customers? Dont apply for the job. I leave two stars because the pharmacy and other cashiers are generally welcoming. But tonight? Left a terrible impression and the encounter was just unbelievable.

With a hint of uneasiness in her eyes, the white-coated pharmacy manager (what her nametag said)stood behind the counter between totes of prescriptions and medications. She struggled to complete her job since she wasn't sure how to continue as customers came in with questions and prescription pickups and drop offs. When asked about drug interactions, she hesitated as she had trouble remembering the pertinent details and would giggle . She struggled to measure the amounts correctly, frequently making mistakes as her hands shook. Her lack of the essential information and abilities necessary for her work was clear to anyone watching. Customers and coworkers were concerned about the potential repercussions of her conduct as the formerly assured and reliable figure had turned into a symbol of incompetence.

Had a great experience at this Walgreens. The pharmacist was extremely personable and took her time to explain my medication. It’s hard to find a place that treats you like more than just a number, and I am thankful to have found my place! Will return to this location for all future medication needs.
