I love my personal therapist and honesty have grown a lot since starting my healing journey but when it comes to organization this is not their strong suit. I never get calls to book an appt with the actual doctor which ends up in me missing her call because I'm not even aware we have one. Also have had my daughter on their waiting list over a year and when I attempt to see where she actually is in the list they can't tell me because they don't have them numbered which really sucks

This clinic is extremely petty. I can only imagine how poor the service is when they treat their community as hostiles. I live in the townhomes next door. What should be apparent to them is that we've been having roof work done, and our garages and parking spots are being used by the workers leaving us with nowhere to park our cars. We were informed only early in the morning to move our cars. There's men clearly working, with cones making it obvious that we have a parking shortage. Some of us have been leaving our cars in the very back of their parking lot where there's plenty of room and no one else is using the space, thinking we'd have a supportive community. Because who wouldn't assume a family clinic cares about people? So rather than being civilized human beings and talking to us, they decided to write all of us tickets. It's petty, childish, and greedy. Disgrace to the community.

I went here for 5 years and got no help. I went through countless hours of therapy and was so drugged up on medications it was ridiculous. I did everything I could to try to get help from this place. I complained and next thing you know I was told to sign a behavior contract or they will terminate my services. This place will give you nothing but the run around if you have a complaint. Nobody specializes in anything here. They are all social workers that have no clue in how to treat actual disorders. No psychologists here. Just social workers who don't even do social work. I have been lied to and promised help that never came. This place should be shut down for what they do to people. I refused to sign the contract and they are terminating all my services. This place doesn't even follow the list of client rights on their own website. None of the supervisors or counselors could even tell you what's in the list of client rights. It says in the client rights list I will not be terminated from services for exercising any of my rights. Obviously, they violate people's rights and I am getting my services terminated. The psychiatrist that I have seen for 5 years is terminating my services after getting me dependent on all these medications. This place will screw you up and take no responsibility for anything. They will just string you along with pointless treatment plans that they don't even follow just so the state keeps paying. Do not trust this underhanded place. The higher ups in this organization are even worse than the useless social workers pretending to be therapists.

Staff is friendly and professional. My therapist, Katie, is compassionate and well-trained to handle people with significant mental health problems. I get the impression that most of the counselors there are good at their jobs and ready to help. There is also good communication between therapist and psychiatrist which is very important for me.

One psychiatrist is rude and the other is incompetent. This place is just out for your money.

Please be careful if you choose to come here seeking therapy, medication, or concerns about a potential diagnosis for ADHD. I came in with the suspicion that I may have ADHD and could get help here, only to find that the two professionals assigned to me don't actually understand the disorder; nor did they want to learn. The social worker assigned to me repeatedly kept disregarding problems I told her I had -- memory and attention issues, primarily -- and eventually quit her job with her last words telling me to try harder despite a clear lack of effort on her part to ask more productive questions -- which is her job.The psychiatrist assigned to me for medication has repeatedly forgotten to get around to things we discussed in prior sessions, like pre-authorization for insurance converage, and along with the social worker has shown a clear lack of knowledge for ADHD.My word of advice to anyone seeking help with ADHD for themselves or their children would be to do a lot of research on ADHD so that you can understand the disorder and whether or not your doctors are treating you and/or your children correctly and from a place of knowledge.Professionals are not exempt from error. Do better.

I LOVE Metropolitan. Dr Blount is a good man who seems to really know what hes doing.. Ive had 2 different therapists over the course of 5 years and they were both excellent. I am not crazy about Dr Hasabou but everyone else in that building is amazing. Even the people at reception are really nice. I recommend this place to everyone!

They are not even following standardly accepted practices. Talk about taking patient off their SSRI in a week. Just discontinue it sir. Cold turkey? Responded from Dr who was not appearently capable of recalling any of psychopharmacology course that he took possibly overseas in fake school. Take it with humorous perpective. They are awesome. Can we cut state funding now?
