This company is top notch. They did a wonderful job of repairing my car and then kindly took the time to explain what they did to fix it. Very professional staff. They fixed it in a timely fashion and I didn't even have an appt because I had to have my car towed there on a Saturday after hours because gas was leaking out from underneath it. I would highly recommend this establishment especially if you have a European car like I do.

I thought they did well the first time I brought my car there. Thought it was a huge problem because car lights were going crazy. But it ended up being just a battery. When I picked it up, I asked if all the lights were checked and working and was told yes. But upon getting home one of my headlights was out. And now it's a big deal to fix it when it should've already been fixed the first time.

Posting this review to spread awareness to those choosing this shop to work on your car(s)Took my Mercedes to European Auto Werks in Palos Hills to have some issues fixed with my car in December, but after several times going back to keep trying to fix the same issue (latest being in March), I find out on my dash cam that the mechanic that was working on my car basically took it for a joy ride on LaGrange road while talking on the phone with his friend. He recklessly drove my car and barely braked in time to avoid hitting other cars and even admits to it while on the phone with his buddy, having hit 112MPH in a 55Mph zone. Have other video clips of him abusing my car on other streets with him going double over the limit. Spoke with the owner and he wanted to only refund me $300 to not share this information and sign NDA's about the situation. He also tried to reassure me that nothing was wrong, allegedly told me he does the same thing, and that my car is built to go these speeds. Cleary he doesn't understand the principle that if someone gives you their car to fix, you do not betray their trust by abusing and racing their car. Imagine if he shot through a speed or red light camera? I'd have to appear in court for it to prove it wasnt me. Or, even worse imagine if they hit someone going that fast. They'd be dead, and I'd probably be held liable in some way because its my car.I highly recommend avoiding this place. The original issue for why I came in to fix my car to begin with wasn't even fixed. Go elsewhere.

The manager as well as the employees are very professional here. There pricing is very reasonable and affordable, and at the same time give platinum customer service!! We were extremely pleased with European Autowerks. Mercedes Orland Park wanted to charge me almost $16,000 to rewire my vehicle. It was a scam. Rick and his team ran diagnostics and everything was 100% fine (except it needed an oil change). Thanks to them--I will be back for all my repairs and will recommend them to anyone with a Mercedes.
