I am so utterly disappointed with my experience here. The gold here is cheap, breaks so easily, stones do NOT stay in place. I will never ever come back to this place again. Even if it was the last place available for gold. Horrible quality jewelry.

The jeweler that helped me was informative, honest, kind, patient, and truly down to earth. He prioritized my values and what I wanted; he was invested in me as a person, not as a consumer. My daughter and I visited Cleopatra for the first time today. The salesman was polite, kind, and patient, and my daughter found some pieces she loved. There's a very good selection, so it's not that easy to narrow down a choice! Last point, our budget wasn't huge, but the salesman still gave us his full attention and respect. I'm happy we found this shop.
