Such an amazingly kind and caring place. Fixed my frozen sliding door on my van that had a huge piece fall off including my back light that connects to it same day with no charge in less than an hour. They seen how frantic I was and took care of it. The staff in the front were so nice. Especially Maria. And the mechanics I seen were the best. Definitely recommend this place. I also bought my van from them a year ago too. I feel they take care of their customers. Thank you baha!

This is the mall kiosk of mechanic shops, can’t diagnose the most simple of issues and failed to check if the vehicle is covered by any recalls or warranty’s before using their junk yard parts to “fix”the wrong thing good for over priced ghetto jerry rig repairs only imo

Bad experience already with them and haven’t even had my car fixed yet!! So was going to get my car fixed with them through my insurance. I called them in the beginning of May to make an appointment. They told me that they were very short staffed and that it will take about 2 weeks to get my car fixed. I got a appointment for May 30th - Memorial Day. I honestly did not realized until the week before the appointment. I called them back and they told me that they will have to reschedule my appointment since they will be closed. The earliest was 2 weeks later - June 13. When I asked if they could see me sooner since it wasn’t my fault that I got scheduled on a holiday. They said that they don’t have any openings before that. So today, I called my insurance to set up the tow to Baha and they told me that Baha had to cancel the appointment because they did not have a body painter! I never received a call from them about getting my appointment cancelled. I called Baha after I finished with calling the insurance and they did not answer the phone.

Repairs were done poorly and var body wasn't restored to its pre accident state. Not quality work and didn't seem to believe this was a problem. Literally glued bumper back on last 3 weeks before began coming apart again.

This place is by far the worst, I mean the worst Auto shop you can ever visit. They have terrible mechanics who don't have a clue as to what they are doing. I had to bring my car back three times for the same thing. The only reason I used them in the first place is because i purchased my car from their dealership, which in fairness was the total opposite.the dealership is superb, and they need to disconnect themselves from the service department because they give them a bad name. I recently took my car in for work and these people did nothing to my car, they literally put black tape on the spot they were suppose to fix, charged me over $1000. for absolutely nothing.. RIP OFF !!! They are liars and thieves, please do not take your car to this place unless you just have money to burn.
