“It was JOANNA's 5⭐ work ethic that made this run from Houston, TX to Clarksville, AR happen by me. As most brokers are known to just let a load go bad then wait to see what happens - with Joanna, she got in the shippers ear and got things going. Once she saw I had not moved in awhile, she didn't wait to hear from me ... she knew something was wrong and touched bases with me 1st. It is normally 1 sided - the broker wants you to keep them updated on what is happening and that is as far as it goes. Joanna kept me informed on what was happening on her end according to what was happening on mine. Very easy to talk to, and an over all professional mannerism that is above reproach. If more brokers and freight agents of the various types would take heed to Joanna's work ethics - alot of the problems with dry freight would not happen. “I had a good experience working for EM Cargo and very grateful for the opportunity. Whenever I needed help with any issue, I was always supported. I was given a brand new truck for approximately 6 months, which was awesome and had a brand new reefer. The owner is a very professional man. All the staff were great and supportive. I worked as much as I needed to and took breaks (vacations) according to my needs and in line with the company’s policies. Dispatcher was very helpful and supportive, always considered and respected my opinion and preference, when it was appropriate. “I've been at this company since August of 2022 as an owner operator. I've found the company to be honest and straightforward with me. Which is all I ask. So far I'm happy. Dispatch has never had a problem discussing load pay with me, my settlement is always on time, and if you have a problem with a load there's no forced Dispatch or repercussions for turning down the load. “Shipping my car for the first time was very hard for me. I did not know which company to use and I decided to go with Van 3 Transport based on their reviews. This was a great choice, as they really did a great job transporting my car. They called me every day in order to update me where my vehicle is currently located and when it will be delivered in Los Angeles. When the driver arrived, he waited for me for one hour to come from work ( and was still very nice about it).”
