Went in around 7:00 pm on 1/29/2024. I work until 6 and my screen was cracked. My job requires a phone so I couldn’t wait until I was off. T-Mobile closes at 8… I was told they had 0 iPhones in stock. Turns out I talked to the manager and it’s on recording that he said they did have them in. A Hispanic female on the heavier side and a crackhead looking blonde hair girl did not want to do there jobs with 1 hour left of closing. Instead they lied and told me they had 0 iPhones in stock. Avoid this certain location!

The nicest staff at this location. Jack and his team were very kind and helpful. I ran into some issues with my son’s phone and they were nothing but kind and patient throughout the whole process. Thankyou so much to this team here!!

This an Issue with tmobile 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' ( not store specific ).I have same issues over and over. My phone from t mobile sends messages, makes phone calls (911 emergency, when no emergency), sends email; ALL while in my pocket with the screen turned off.I have disabled google assist and screen touch. I have contacted tmobile Customer Service with NO RESOLUTION. tmobile replaced the original phone with the same make and model (samsung s23). Same problems with the replacement phone. They have suggested that I purchase another phone plus additional line while still paying for this possessed phone. I've called multiple times without a resolution.

very nice helpfull people, i went on a sunday for help cause my phone screen wasnt working and he guided me to get it fixed same day and they did! awsome service!

Ameer, the assistant manager at the T-Mobile store in Palos Heights, was very professional & talented; I recently switched to T-Mobile, located at 143rd & Wolf. The manager Mike at that location scammed me big time & after all the aggravation, I went through with that store. I walked into another T-Mobile location in Palos Heights, where I met Ameer, the assistant manager; he had helped me with the billing issues that were from the other store; great job, Ameer; if it weren’t for you, I would’ve switched back to Verizon today.I highly recommend this location & stay away from the other T-Mobile store at 143rd & Wolf Rd.

Very nonchalant and disrespectful; not welcoming whatsoever. No one made an effort to remotely try to solve the issues I was having with the simple task of getting an upgrade. When I asked politely, they gave me very seemingly annoyed looks without helping me. The workers here are not true salesmen. Do not trust them with you T-Mobile issues.

Kind to say ameer and Paulina were very very helpful I had a bad experience at the location across the street because Jessica the manager at 7213 W College Dr was charging me random fees for 2 devices I don’t own and Ameer and Paulina fixed my plan and put me the correct one and made sure I left satisfied!! I appreciate you guys so much

Amazing customer service by them and Especially the way Ameer broke down everything to me he did it in such a understanding way he told me all plans that would help me and it went successful in my trip to T mobile greatly recommended
