I was at the drive thru today, Friday, 3/22 at 8:15 a.m. I ordered coffee, hot chocolate and two muffins. My bill was $15.41. I handed the young man a gift card. I believe there was $20 or $25 on the gift card. Handed him my gift card and he said I was good. Questioned him about my balance and he said no. All good. Then when I got to my destination I realized there was a leak on the bottom of my cup and I lost all my coffee. I then tried to call the Starbucks location 3 times and no one picked up the phone. It eventually went to a busy signal. WOW. Not what I expected from Starbucks. Staff needs further training with gift cards, cups that don’t leak and someone to pick up a phone.

The staff is extremely rude and the cafe is filthy. There was coffee and garbage all over the floor. Bathrooms also had no soap and I checked both.

Update: I tried the contact page, only to find out it is a dead end. Thank Starbucks shows how you really care about customers and their concerns.I ordered on the mobile app today… my food was to be ready at 8:38 am. I went in at that time and it wasn’t ready. So there was a guy that was making food without any gloves on. Gosh, I hope he washed his hands. My sandwich was last. I wasn’t standing by counter, not even greeted at this location.. and waiting 10 minutes more. I’m starting to dislike Starbucks and their stupid app that is supposed to make things run smoothly. This location didn’t have nice employees with well manners. The atmosphere is like every other Starbucks. The sandwich was okay. Just really hoping that the guy washed his hands before preparing all of that food this morning.Parking: Have to watch out for the people in the drive thru.. I’ve seen 2 customers almost getting hit because of how crazy people leave. There are no crosswalks to get to the entrance and only one entrance clustered with their outdoor patio.

Went to this Starbuck on 3/2/24 after going to another one with bad service. This wasn't much better. A little faster but my drink was wrong. Got a trenta green tea lemonade and it tasted like water. My husband tasted it and said it taste like water. And he doesn't even like green tea.

The woman that took care of me, charge me the wrong amount of money. She was supposed to put so much in cash and so much on my debit card. She charged me the wrong amount of money. I tried to call there 10 times. Nobody answers the phone. Very disappointing. Every time I called they’re gonna hang up on you very very disappointedParking: Would not recommend

This is the worst place you can go. Very rude. I ordered a white chocolate mocha latter and I was given a breakfast hot tea black. When I came back to return the drink, the girl who took my order, was very apologetic and nice, but the manager was extremely rude and combative and ended up, refusing to serve me and give me the drink. I ordered. She also refused to give me back my money until I told her I was not leaving the drive-through until I got my drink for my money.

so i will say that although the food is good and they just remolded the shop this year, so it does look really nice in my opinion, the service is just so bad ? i try to be understanding and patient since i know fast food/customer service is challenging, but jesus, it’s bad. the wait time for the drive thru is always long (even if it’s just 3 cars), drinks are always made wrong (i.e- getting a hot latte instead of ice), and the online order system on the app always seems like a 50/50 chance on whether they decided if they were going to just cancel the entire menu besides cake pops and regular hot coffee i hate to leave this review as i’ve been going to this starbucks for over 4 years, but lately it has just been ridiculous.

This place f*ckin rocks man!!! Gotta love the hip environment for the youngsters to kick it at. Everyone is so chill. The coffee? strong. The vibes? high. What more could you want. The service from barista Rachel is superb.
