Ruff Cuts is amazing. They have groomed my dogs for years. She was kind enough to groom my golden while my dog was struggling with lymphoma. I can’t stay enough good things. I definitely recommend.

It's been hard finding a good groomer in the area who deals with my big aggressive dog. I brought him in with a muzzle on and after he was done getting his nails clipped they walked him out and his tail was wagging ❤️ Thank You so much.

The owner was very rude to my neighbor about missing an appointment and trying to reschedule. I directed her to PetSmart where they are half price. She has been a client for 20 years and did not deserve that treatment

Lauren has been grooming my 4 dogs for 8 years. I literally don’t trust anyone else but her. Getting groomed can be scary for dogs, and I love how nurturing and patient she is with them throughout the process with all of their different quirks and needs. Not only does she take great care of them, but she is very skilled in her craft and I always love how my dog’s cuts turn out. She is very attentive to what I ask for and the needs of my dogs. Lauren is very timely and professional and I could not recommend her more.

Took my wire haired terrier to get washed, deshedded and groomed at Ruff Cuts for the first time. He came out looking great. I will definitely go back when he starts shedding again. The price was reasonable too, less than at other places in the area.

Ruff cuts is great. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with the groomers. They do a great job. My bog Charlie is 12 yrs old and they take very good care of him.

We have been sending our dogs here for 3 years now. We had no problems until lately. We had a bad experience with one of the workers 2 cuts ago who cut our shih tzu's ears all the way up to the actual ear (which any professional would know that this breed of a dog keeps the ears long) and the tail to the thinnest straight line they could cut. She also cut her nose out (which shih tzus have a pushed in nose) and formed a snout. We let it ago and warned them to not cut her like that again. The next time we went they did her perfect just like we asked. Today we asked them to do the same as last time and she came out even worst then the first time they messed up. We will not be sending our dogs there again seeing that they are very unprofessional about the whole situation. Their staff needs to be better trained. Also, this isn't about the cutting, but we are not sure they let the dogs out enough when they are getting cut because we were informed that one of our other dog peed on herself over 3 times. This could be because she is old, but you would think they would learn from this and let her out more since we are paying them to take care of our dogs when getting groomed.
