Normally I do not have a problem with any workers there. Until lately my mother-in-law has not had a caregiver since January I would like to talk to the owner if possible if anybody knows how to get a hold of the owner I have called and called and called in the coordinator still is not returning my call or my mother-in-law's call regarding if she did the transfer to another company I am not happy at all with this I need help getting my mother-in-law another caregiver. And I do understand people are short-handed but all Carissa could do is keep in communication with my mother-in-law and myself to get her the care that she needs

Ms. Michaline is extremely helpful. She went an extra mile for my both parents to help them with their benefit package. I truly thank her for her kindness and all her hard work. She is an amazing human! Gob Bless you.

very serious case text book where a family member is exploiting an elderly family member for money. Has kept him isolated, brain washed him and will not let him contact anyone from his family. Pathlights response as long as he is not chained to a bed he has free will. This organization really needs to be investigated.

Everyone is SO incredibly helpful! Having elderly parents, I was a bit concerned about their welfare. But Pathlights offers SO many extraordinary resources. April w intake is such an asset! David is amazing too!

I had what I thought was a simple question about Medicare and was directed to PLOWS for support. My call was directed into a voice mail system in which I waited one week for a callback. Michalena called back on Friday at 4:50 and I missed her call with no way on their end to directly return the call at that time. I called back on Monday only to again be directed into their system's voice mail, and further called back several times. No one returned the calls.This is our local resource for help with Senior matters??? It is a non-responsive organization which provided no help whatsoever.

One of the care takers refuses to wear a mask when she comes to help my Grandparent. What kind of caretaker does not wear a mask when dealing with the elderly during a pandemic?!?! Having employees not wearing masks is a huge liability for this organization!

Wonderful people that quickly and efficiently talked to me and sent me lists of local resources to help my mom. The meals on wheels have been such a blessing! The volunteers that deliver the meals are sweet angels! Thank you PLOWS! It's very hard caring for an aging parent; PLOWS makes it easier!

Michelina gave me so much help! She's such a sweetheart as well as helping me the best she could with my flood situation in my basement, and ended up taking the time to help me with more things that she didn't need to do but out of the kindness of her heart she did ❣️ God bless

Just wanted to make a SNAP and weathization appointment and was treated like an old lady that didn't have a brain in her head. Was told I had to wait for someone to call me to make an appointment, only they had no idea when that would be. I felt like they were just to lazy to make the appointment themselves. Very disrectful and condisending. And guess what they have no supervisors you can talk to. I guess they don't like to take responsibility for anything over there.
