Pharmacies
“I will never go to another pharmacy except this one! I have a ear infection and needed antibiotics badly. I dont have insurance and it was gonna cost me over 300$! They helped me out and dropped the price down significantly! Great customer service and very friendly staff!”
“I have never had an issue with this pharmacy location. Having worked as a Practice Administrator for doctors I understand that most people don't understand their own insurance and blame the pharmacy staff. They can't do anymore than the insurance tells them at that time. Patients need to call their insurance companies or doctors. The pharmacy has no time to make multiple calls for every patient, but they will do what they can.
My prescriptions kept coming back as non covered. I call BCBS and was told that BCBS themselves failed to update my file and had to do a manual update. Waited on the phone for about 15 minutes while the BCBS rep updated my file with the effective date. Now all my presceiptions go right through. I encourage patients to call their insurance to find out the real issue. It is rarely ever the pharmacy.
More often the doctor and sometimes the insurance company. Do it this way and make your life easier. I worked in medical management a large part of my career. Good luck everyone.”
“When I switched from Walgreens to Osco my life became so much easier. This osco is much easier to deal with. I love that you can collect stamps to get a 20% off your groceries coupon. The coupon always ends up paying for my scripts in savings.”
“Always courteous and helpful! No attitude like CVS or Walgreens! They also give that old neighborhood pharmacy feeling where they know you by name and not a number. They are outstanding!!”
