I needed vitamins that my doctor told me that I needed to take, came here, the young lady was so helpful, got me exactly the vitamins that I needed, she was super informed and helpful. Coming here again and again for sure.

Nice store with a helpful staff. Not the best if looking for variety of brands but they usually have a reputable bland of every vitamin or mineral. The thing I like best is that you get a discount right away instead of having to build up points that might expire or punching a card that might get lost. They also have a good selection of natural soaps and shampoo and other products. I also like to buy from a smaller town business instead of a big chain like the Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. All the employees have always had a good cheerful attitude and glad to help suggest something to help you out.

This is my go to place for all things healthy. If they don't have what you're looking for they will gladly order it for you. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I refill all my supplements and teas here monthly. Love this place!!

Product assortment and staff are both AMAZING. Friendly, knowledgeable people that are always willing to help is the norm here. Excellent selection of supplements, personal care items, foods, snacks and spices. Always so happy to support a small, family-owned business.

So many friends recommended I start coming in and I am so grateful. This homeopathic approach to health is so very new to me but I am always greeted at the door by staff who are so well versed about their products and who are always willing to search, research and counsel me. This has been a phenomenal find for me.
