Golden Shoes was recommended by the rounding podiatrist at my mom's assisted living (Evergreen Senior Living). She has a spur on her left heel that's quite painful, so the Dr. said GS sells cushy shoes that could give her some relief. My mom is 88I phoned Monday, 4/29 at about 5:45 pm. The lady said she'd have to call me back, as the store was slammed. OK. Well, around 8 pm, Camille called back. I said, "It can wait until tomorrow; go home!" She said, "You sounded kind of desperate, so I called tonight." We ran through the situation and she assured me they could help.My mom had a Dr. appt. on Thursday, 5/2, so I wanted to kill a couple of birds while she was out anyway. Camille told me she might not be in when we came, but Mike could take care of us. And boy, did he! She hadn't be back of 5 minutes at Evergreen before receiving two compliments on the shoes. It's not about the fashion, but rather the comfort/relief the shoes bring. She said it was about 80% better.Mike was so kind, patient, professional, but relaxed; great sense of humor, too! I can't say enough about Golden Shoes, their staff and selection. We frequent restaurants nearby, but never knew the store existed. I'm so thankful Dr. Maureen recommended it. Without a doubt, I'd go there again AND recommend it to others!Thank you Golden Shoes!

Used to love this store, however, they will not take back a pair of shoes I bought last week since they have been worn outside. The same shoes would be easily returned if I had bought directly from the manufacturer online. I guess Golden Shoes no longer cares if shoes are comfortable. Doubt I will shop there again.

This is our number one store for shoes. The grandchildren love getting fitted and I will usually pick up a pair or two for myself. Camille and her team are always willing to help. This is a full service shoe salon, go and enjoy the experience.

Excellent service, they help you try your shoes on. they sell a vast variety of shoes from all walks of life no pun intended! Delivery or in store purchase! Every year I buy the beautiful velvet house shoes for my husband, very elegant! And the last! I always purchased my work shoes from here,SAS, they also carry orthopedic shoes that are very fashionable and that's a plus for me four stars!

There is a reason why the word “Gold” is in the name - it’s because this shoe store is a treasure!! You walk in and the staff are warm, welcoming and very helpful!! And the shoes are so wonderful. It’s the only place to go for shoes!! Thank you for always being such a great place to shop!!!!!

I received a post card about the sale.So I stopped in to see what they had. I have purchased shoe before but this time I was in the store for at least 20 minutes & no one acknowledged that I was even there. So I walked out. My money is green just like everyone else but my color wasn’t the right color. So I will never go there again. They lost a customer.I wrote this review at least six or seven months ago & they didn’t have the common courtesy to respond. Shame on you with your poor customer service. Very sad !!!

Great service and product. I took my 89-year-old mom here for walking shoes. The young man was attentive and understood her wants. He found her a very nice pair of shoes in 20 minutes after trying on 3 other pairs first. Thank you

Love Golden Shoes. Camille was so helpful…and patient! I probably tried on 10-15 pairs of shoes. She was so kind and took time to listen to me and make sure I was happy. Amazing service!
