Expensive low quality clothes. No refunds and no returns after 7 days or first wash. Pants worn 3 times frayed snd came apart. Jipped.

I stopped in because I was early for my hair dye appointment. Found a very cute dress to wear for a wedding, but it did have some white in it. Tracey (store employee) and another customer encouraged me to try on the dress and to use a coral color shawl to add to it. The outfit looked AWESOME! Tracey also steamed it for me and brought it next door, so I was not late for my hair dye appointment. People at Robert Kendall Salon commented on how beautiful the dress and shawl went together. I will for sure be a regular shopper here!! Thanks Tracey (I hope I spelled your name right).

Bought my mother-in-law a sweater for Christmas. We understood exchange/returns are only for store credit, that's fine. Mother-in-law was hospitalized for RSV and is still recovering from effects. She called today to exchange sweater and was told it was too late. I bought the sweater the Thursday or Friday before Christmas. Today is January 5th. Pretty reasonable amount of time to want to arrange an exchange. She was advised to call the Lagrange location as that is where the owner was. She called there and was treated rudely by the woman who answered. She refused to take into account that this 78-year-old woman was recently hospitalized. She refused to bend in any way. She had a great deal of negative energy and attitude. Definitely not customer service friendly attitude. So sad for her as once my mother-in-law likes a store, she will spend ALOT of money there. Almost like the owner doesn't like to make money. Hmm sorry for her as this store has been put on our no shop list.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! the management is very cold and insensitive, and only cares about the bottom line, not the customer.
