Her commitment to customer service was exemplary and far exceeded my expectations. I’ve been a long standing customer of BMO and decided to add my other accounts under the same banner. Olivia went out of her way to help me get my debit card when all other locations (including this one) had system problems printing cards. Excellent customer service this is why I BMO!!

My experience from this bank is seeing how unprofessional management is. If you're going to tell someone you're going to call them back Monday to let them know if they got the job after multiple interviews then you should probably do that instead of leaving them wondering and wasting their time for the remainder of the week. Do better and respect people's time.

Old person banking. Everything takes 400 years. My bank (this branch) takes longer to do everything than my friends banks or my other accounts. My sister and I went to cash escrow checks from a property selling. My sister needed to open an account, I have been here for years now. They denied her opening an account for having security measures for her identity put in place by our lawyer. Said that it would need to be reversed first, mind you I opened my account with the same security measures. We thought it was odd but said that was fine. I deposited my check (obviously a larger amount, however, from an escrow account.) My sister said she felt weird about it and went and opened a new PNC account and was fully funded for the same five figure check in three days....while I still don't have my deposit and it's been 11 days. If you actually do anything quickly go to a different bank. This place is not for movers.

I usually get off of work at 4:30PM and I needed to create a bank account ASAP. I called ahead which took about 5 minutes to reach someone, but when I explained the situation and that I would be there by 4:40-4:45 (this location closes at 5) Yesinia agreed to helping me open my account with only little time to spare. It took about 20 minutes when I got there and the experience was so wonderful, especially due to the circumstances.I did attempt to create the account online, but I didn't have another bank account to put my funds into, so the process was probably easier than usual, but I was given excellent customer service and I felt very valued.I definitely recommend coming here and if you're a late worker like me you should call and explain the situation they will help you out as much as they can. Thank you again!

I guess everyone has an opinion, good or bad about this branch, but I’ve found them to be extremely courteous and helpful during the 12 plus years I have been coming to this branch. True sometimes the wait can be longer than we would want, especially on weekends, but there is a pandemic taking place and we just need to have a little patience as staff try to do their best with the resources they have. I think they are doing an exemplary job given the current circumstances.

Was told I could come into the main bank to pay off my car loan, the teller in the drive thru was sooooo very rude. Told her that I spoke with a bank person & to come to the drive thru for entrance she was extremely rude & condensing. I did not want to hold others up while she looked up my pay off & write a check, just trying to be considered, apparently not for this teller

good convenient branch but lacks diversity bankers are robot like don't really try to understand all the needs of clients just read the stuff of screen and folders i guess that can be improved with relationship building activities and better training

Good luck getting them to answer the phone! I called the Palos location 4 times (once every 10 minutes) and got no one to answer. Called the Homer Glen location and got an answer the first time.

Went their 2 minutes after 5pm when their website says they are open until 6pm and they were closed I was so frustrated.
