I called many numbers from online no one answer in many location. in this branch many people work and do not work. they are there physically , when you go to them every one look to the other may be he will see you. and he see you he will tell go to your on line App and they will help you. which I did I wait 1 hour exactly after that they answer and said oh that not us we will transfer you the the exact location. next 0.5 to an hour and answer same exact thing not us you need tpo call we will transfer you. my Question any one want to work in this bank ?

I would give a zero if I could,I was contacted about a trust someone had at this bank I was in the will for a small amount after the son called and threatened me I called the bank she took my info said nothing for you it was already distributed by the trustee I asked who was the trustee she said we're not allowed to reveal that,Whether I was to get 5.00 or 5000.00 is not the point it was his wishes in the will,Someone was dishonest here,The lady I spoke with couldn't even give me any paperwork verifying what she said,Don't do business here my blessing will be your curse,You stoled it from me,you were dishonest.

New hours are complete garbage. 10:00 am- 4:00pm? Are you kidding me so I have to take a half day at work just to make it to the bank. Even if I want to deposit cash guess what? ATM is not accepting deposits! I give it a few months before the next buy out of a big bank.

Lobby is closed constantly and the drive up is closed too! Only ATM open. Poor service for the Palos Heights clients!

Went there today with my sister so I could add her to sign in on my Safety Deposit Box. I am handicapped and made arrangements to get there early and for my sister to be available to sign up. We were greeted at the door by a women whose job is to only smile and ask customers what they want. As I found out the other part of her job was to tell customers they cannot get what they want and must get an appointment to get a clerk to add my sisters name to my safety box. A clerk came out and took information from me to set up an appointment on a different day. The time to do all of this would have been the same as needed to add signing authority for my sister. This is a good example of piss poor customer service with a smile. Needless to say, this bank is really screwed up!

Awful. I don’t understand what BOA is doing or thinking. I think they are probably trying to make banking 100% mobile/internet based. However, some folks have more to do than just depositing and withdrawing money.So disappointed. No drive through, very limited hours. What happened to the BOA’s in Illinois ?

I’m just adding to my previous review about BOA. I was waiting in line and observing 2 bank tellers and 2 bankers with 1 customer. How this makes any sense is beyond me. Of course I’m the only one in line. If you go down Harlem to the Tinley Park branch. You’ll be treated more like a human being. Palos Heights Bank of America will help you much quicker if you are on the wealthier side. May or may not be true, but it’s the way they make me feel. Best of luck to them trying to raise that 2.3 star review.

Terrible experience. Came in to cash/deposit bonds. Was told they dont do that, its "against their policy" by the bank manager, with an attitude.It literally states in the BOA FAQs any customer holding a BOA account can cash bonds. Further a new account holder can with a maximum amount alotted.Went to a different BOA location, wonderful experience all around and they did the service requested!

Bank Manager Ivete has very aggressive attitude toward customers , it was most unpleasant bank visit we had with Bank of America , it looks like she wants to fight you for no apparent reasons , crazy experience ?

We will be closing our business account here after 20 years of banking with them. There is only one drive thru lane open. The inside is closed. Pre-covid they closed their drive thru and had one teller working inside. It took 35 minutes to make a cash deposit today. Laughable. Terrible branch!
