The old women took 20 minutes trying to figure out how to use the computer. My little one couldn’t move her arm for a day without screaming and when I finally got to see her arm where she was given the shot, it was bruised black. Don’t take your child here.

I had my blood drawn today and waited for an hour and supposedly 36 min waiting time. Per staff, she called and pronounced my last name incorrectly and never called my first name.I came and talk to the staff but treated so mean.The staff was so rude and won't accept her mistake. The two staff even refused to do my blood drawn. Fortunately , the other staff Zipora took me without hesitation.

I came here to get blood work done and It wasn't bad at all. When I came here it wasn't really busy my wait time was about 10 minutes. I was in and out pretty fast. I would come here again to get blood work done if needed.

Would never ever go back to this lab again ..rude, would not send my Dr. the lab results ..had to deposit my urine sample in the bin myself . Need proper training in patient relations . I did not get the girls name .Was not a clean lab either .

I have had blood drawn twice by two different technicians. Each time was quick and painless. This procedure is always difficult at hospitals. Maybe they work more effectively because they are highly skilled in phlebotomy. Thank you for making this an easy process.

Worst experience ever. I took my daughter to do her test there December . They did not send the results to her physician for over a month, and after calling them multiple times, they said the test didn’t work because the blood sample was not enough, and she has to redo the test.

I give this place a zero on the five star scale.Refused to help a elderly gentleman with oxygen with paperwork. Lab tech was going to refuse to take his blood because he couldn’t fill out the covid questionaire. Thank God for nice people, I was able to help the man which took 30 seconds to fill out the questionaire. I have never seen someone treat an elderly person with such disrespect.I was helped by a lab tech who was rude too, and was not patient. She was going to refuse my test because she didn’t want to search for my orders on the computer.Horrible place to get lab drawn.Advocate should monitor there labs better. These ladies need sensitivity training.I will say stress with covid is high but that is no excuse to treat someone with disrespect. For heaven’s sake you chose to be a phlebotomist, its working with biohazard fluids.

Very disorganized and unprofessional When you sign in it states 5 minutes wait. Been waiting 15 minutes. Too much socializing laughing and joking with each other.????

I have been going there since 2010. 3 pregnancies (2 high risk) and several blood draws over the years. My veins are difficult and they get it most of the time. Saturdays you are going to wait. It's a popular day. Weekdays are typically best but morning before work might be busy.

Went in for blood the day after Christmas. My wait time was approx 10 minutes. Melanie was extremely professional and quick. I was done in less than two minutes and she had tondraw a lot of blood for my annual bloodwork. Thanks!

Just revised down to one star. Called them twice yesterday re: missing EKG... each time got voice-mail message followed by a beep. I left TWO messageS explaining my doc never got EKG so please call me. DID THEY CALL ME BACK? OF COURSE NOT.****Two stars only because staff was friendly and helpful at time of visit, otherwise one star.The EKG I had done two weeks ago was never faxed to my doctor. I called today to follow up, and their answering machine doesn't give me any option to talk to a person... only hours open, fax number and a beep to leave a message.Really???
