I've been to this location a few times and have always had a great experience. Everyone has always been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I think a lot of the bad reviews stem from people being frustrated and/or not having the most pleasant attitude. I feel like the respect and politeness I've shown to the workers has always been returned to me. Special thank you to Octavia for being so helpful on my most recent visit!

Excellent costemer service from Octavia and Chris, couldn't make an appointment for same day passport application, they accommodate me and my husband to be possible. Thank you very much Octavia and Chris!

This place SUCKS THE STAFF IS SO RUDE and IGNORANT! Your pay to have your mailed forwarded and it’s been Three weeks and I still have no mail went into the post office had to deal with a very ignorant uneducated employee!! YOU PEOPLE SUCK

This is the location I always go. It’s been 22 years that I always get the best service. Today I had to do some shipping so the employee Travon helped me . With all her patience she explained and helped me step by step . Thanks for your great customer service as well. All the employees are very helpful

Unfortunately, this office is taking care of my mails. I lost several checks and important documents and packages. There is no way to find my stuff, or no one can help me. I hope I could give them zero star!

Why is the mail running at 6pm or later on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday it used to run no later than 10am what is going on?

I was scared to go here because the reviews are so bad but my experience was great. I got there at about 4:20 on a Tuesday and there was a short line with one employee working. He was very kind and helpful. I was in and out in probably 5 minutes.

This hands down one of the worst post offices I have ever walked into. The employees are not friendly and won't be willing to help you. You are better off at different post office. Trust me this one is a disaster
