Every single time a package goes through here it goes missing for 3 ish days. This place has an issue with learning to scan packages in and something needs to be done. Even surrounding post offices outright say that you guys have numerous issues that nothing is being done about.

I had a package overnight to my daughter house and you people are 2 days in. It was sent to Chicago than to mundelein than back to Chicago and now you guys have the package. Hopefully you raise you ratings by getting the package to my daughters house tomorrow. It was suppose to be here yesterday.
