Everytime I come to this ups to pick up a package for my company it is a dog and pony show. Due to there rules with ID’s and names on the package. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

You need to train your idiot drivers to check the address that the packages have to be delivered. I had my package delivered at other house. The picture (proof of delivery) doesn't show the delivery place, it shows just the shipping label. Picture could have been done inside the truck and never deliver the package. Not acceptabile!

These people have the the most unprofessional and rude truck drivers. They should train their drivers in how to treat customers. Bad experience with them. It is a shame!!

My package was lost and this was the last place it was at. Nobody knows what happened to it. Customer service is incredibly annoying and only works against you. Even if you do get in touch with a live agent, they usually don't know anything and can't do much to help. If I had a choice, UPS would be the last service I'd ship anything with. I've had too many problems in receiving items throughout this past year with UPS.

I had to pick up my package at this location as I was not going to be home for a signature required package. I paid the remaining balance due, drive 40 minutes to pick it up and was told, sorry, it takes 24 hours for the payment to come through. Now I have to waste more time and gas to go back again. I paid for the services, give me my package. A laggy network shouldn't be a customer's problem.

This location steals Nike shoes! They refuse to open an investigation in to missing packages! My shoes were scanned in and they all of a sudden went missing! I looked at other reviews and other nike boxes have recently come up missing. My next step is to file a police report because I know there are cameras at this facility!!

Absolutely horrible!!! I received a call from lady at UPS saying she does not know what happened to my package and I need to file a claim with Nike. I can no longer get what I had originally ordered because they do not have it in stock. After seeing the reviews it seems to be an ongoing issue at this facility. They clearly need to be shutdown or be looked into!

I’ve been waiting for a package to be delivered for 5 days now, but the driver keeps trying to get a signature despite the package not requiring one which I had confirmed by UPS support. I was then called by someone whom would not identify themselves and told first that it was “UPS policy to get a signature at an apartment” which I had UPS support confirm is not true, then I was told my address is listed as signature only with no explanation nor did I request anything like that. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.
Updated 3/20 received a call from a Karen who very rudely tried to explain that their driver is not to blame and that my address is signature only because of a “security concern” and that they want to “make sure I get my packages by requiring a signature” except I’m never home during the day to sign”. This lady was extremely rude and hostile. If this is how UPS treats their customers, I don’t want to be one.

Im home all day, 15 minutes ago status of my delivery changed to "We missed you. We'll try again on the next business day.". Noone was here.

Нам нужно было сделать возврат товара который оказался не тем который именно на самом деле нужен был нам. Мы в поиске на Гугол картах нашли это место и без затруднений приехали к нему. Встретил нас приветливо молодой человек принял товар выдал чек о приёмке - все это заняло меньше минуты. Мы остались довольны.

The ups website is so slow and freezes up. Please fix. Been getting worse since 1 year ago. Guided or unguided. Making shipment. Takes like 20 minutes.Everything else is fine.

Second time i've had a bad experience with them. Driver is always not picking up package. I always have to call customer service and they would create a case for palatine branch to check what is going on. It also doesnt help that the lady (supervisor or manager) who calls (because i request for a call from the branch itself) doesnt even apologoize and sound so proud. Quite annoying!
