Very helpful in intercepting a possibly damaged item before it was returned. It took two trips and a lot of time but I was able to prevent the return. 3 helpful employee encounters, one snippy.

The ups website is so slow and freezes up. Please fix. Been getting worse since 1 year ago. Guided or unguided. Making shipment. Takes like 20 minutes.Everything else is fine.
