Had something shipped here as an "access point" delivery which was supposed to be free. I get there and they want to charge $5 to pick it up. No thanks, I'll just order it from Amazon instead.

Went in this store to ship a laptop for work and Kyah was wearing Apple Air Pods while working the register and she did not hear me when I told her the name of the recipient. She typed the wrong name and when I asked her to redo it with the correct name, she said no. Said she could not do this because then she could not give me receipt and it would change the tracking number. She told me I accepted what was on the screen (and I did not catch the mistake until she printed the label). She is lazy and rude and instead of doing what I asked, she gave me a refund and told me to take my business elsewhere. Staff is rude and clearly does not value customers. This girl never once cracked a smile and rest assured that I will be telling others about my experience and I will absolutely take my business elsewhere. In this case, I am happy to do it! I am always excited to see young people working but in this case, not so much. The store owner is loosing business. I never leave reviews but felt the need to leave one after reading the numerous reviews left by dissatisfied customers. I see I am not alone. There is a reason why this store has only 3.5 stars. I have shipped items from this store before with no issues but never dealt with Kyah. I am sorry Alex, I won't be back. I just don't need the headache. I will gladly drive to the Deer Park UPS store which is only 2.8 miles from yours. Naz the owner of this location goes above and beyond.

I had an excellent experience at the UPS Store. Brian was incredibly helpful and efficient. He assisted me with packaging my items securely and made sure everything was shipped out quickly.

Worst customer service. “I dont know what to tell ya” and “have a great day”with the most sarcastic tone as she turns around while im not even done asking questions. Used this place for almost a decade and this is the first time they hired someone this poor in customer service. No wonder why other recent reviews are bad.

BEWARE TERRIBLE service AVOID this storetoday I visited this store and the person that identified as the “manager “ was very rude and unprofessional I had a return package and it clearly said I don’t need a box to send it back and she refused to take my package Saying “I don’t care what it says in your return instructions “ and wanted me to buy a box.This is not the 1st time I had issues with this store. Last time someone opened an envelope i sent and tried to use card on Amazon So that is a crime. Opening someone’s mailI REPORTED this incident but they denied it!

Don't expect them to stay open to their posted hours. Arrived 10 minutes before closing and the doors were locked with several people outside (one just wanted to access his mailbox). The women at the counter gave us the "crossed arm, 'X' in front of her chest sign".

Here on a Sunday. Google says they're open and that hours of operation were updated 9 weeks ago by the business owner. However, they most definitely are not open at noon on the 17th.
