Rodrigo The seller, together with the others, scammed me by selling me a Nissan Altima. With the damaged transmission and the damaged air conditioning, I did not notice the air conditioning because when I bought it it was winter... and when I notified them about the transmission failure They sent me to one of their mechanics telling me that this is not a fault but rather that it is normal in those transmissions... obviously they are colluding not to respond... when I bought it we agreed on a deal where they would fix the brakes where the brake pads and discs had to be changed .. which they only changed pasta and reluctantly and only the ones in the back .. but well I tell you here my bad experience it is sad that among Venezuelans they throw themselves so ugly... at that moment I was in need of a car because it was already two weeks old without working and well, out of desperation, they screwed me well, they screwed me

I purchased a smart car. I paid $7,300 cash (sales tax + registration fees included). I was told the vehicle was in great condition. I’ve had the car less than 90 days. The engine mount had be replaced. The HVAC motor blower broke and had to be replaced. The radiator cooling fan broke. It cost $1,924.39 to fix everything. I’m not going to lie, I feel lied to and cheated. The owner Joe, speaks highly of the vehicles, but when they suddenly have problems, the staff recommend you to go to their other Top-Notch location to fix your car. Be cautious - if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.

Top-Notch Auto is absolutely Top-Notch.
They were recommended by a family friend while I was having a rough go with my car and trying to get into something newer. They have a great selection of vehicles and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and took great care of not only myself, but my car. After a good look at the situation, Joe had his guys on the job and got my car up and running like new. I can’t thank them enough.
