Had a gift to return as otherwise have never been to a TJ Maxx; staff and customers very even keeled. Couldn't understand why front end Mgr and another front end person stood around while there was long checkout line and three lines open of the 5 or 6 registers. Those in line seemed not plusses about the line and working A/C helps a lot.

The tjmaxx/marshalls franchise is getting so bad I see. I'm not able to go with my significant other to a fitting room. Like seriously I'm supposed to come out of the room every time to ask my spouse for an opinion on what im trying on? What are you guys afraid of? Let me try on clothes in peace!

April 1st was April Fool's Day. The manager on duty (in a bandana, name started from J, 5 pm) put on a whole show for me to make a fool of me, and perhaps my clients too. Return item $149.99 with receipts and Apple Ray went true without any issues. The second item $34.99 with receipt also and Apple Pay caused a whole epic. The TJMaxx employee threatened to kick me out of “his store” with the help of the police, our “kind” conversation involved other customers, who did not knew the problem, the manager (!) asked me to shut up. The entire performance can be viewed on video camera recordings and my words will be confirmed. Mr X (!!!!!) told me that he will not take the purchase back because the debit card from receipt does not match the depot cart on my Apple Pay, also debit, as he will have many problems. All I wanted was to disappear from this store as quickly as possible. I had my service dog with me, I have the certificate to prove it, and that should mean something to the person in this position. In addition, this show was very humiliating for me, as a person who came from Ukraine, where there is currently a war. I do not have to explain my rights and responsibilities anywhere in any country. Plus, I don't have to teach other subordinates how to work, how to receive purchases, how to provide assistance to customers and who has priority in any service area. But it is necessary to emphasize the inconsistency of this manager with his position, since when paying for goods with a debit cart with a PIN code, the refund, according to any store policy, is made in CASH within 30 days from the date of purchase. I agreed to the store credit and flew home to Florida with far from unpleasant impressions of the local customer service.

Last time I will shop at this store! Only two registers open with more than 30 customers in line. Two additional employees were just standing behind the register. When asked if it was possible to open additional registers, he responded that he has eyes and could see how long the line was! When asked if a manager was in the store, he responded, I am the manager and can’t operate a register!

My goodness!! Love this location. When I first walked in, I was greeted right away. The aisles are ver neat and clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I needed help finding an item and Grace went over and beyond to help me find it. Overall the best location I've been to! Thank you!!

Nice place and great deals. 5 stars for TJ Max and 3 stars for home goods.Home goods is a great place to get stuff for the home, however one of the associates I encountered was not only clueless but gave me the wrong information about an item we inquired about. She wasted a few hours out of my day.I ended up buying a nice bench and area rug.
