I trust Tick Tock Clock to repair and maintain my family heirloom 160 year old antique mantle clock and they never disappoint. They have the knowledge and experience to keep it in repair and working smoothly despite its age, and the challenges of finding parts and understanding the workings of a clock this old.
And they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. After a recent repair the chime on my clock sounded more like a bell than a gong that I was used to. Rather than having me send the clock back for further repair Alex made a house call and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem for no charge. It turns out the clock offers an option of a bell or a gong -- a fact which I was unaware of -- and it was a simple change to choose the gong.
I very much trust Tick Tock Clock with this antique clock, and highly recommend them.
