I never do this. I don't like to complain but the actions performed by self checkout person Shirley is unacceptable. Lady has the worst attitude and very but VERY impatient and not helpful whatsoever. Target has this standard in where whenever I step into it, I am comfortable, but Shirley soured that experience big time!
Please retrain her and inform her that at the end of the day, if I'm the one showing you respect and professionalism and kindness, why can't she do the same? Thank you Target.

Bad experience after bad experience. Messy shelves, rude employees and food way beyond best by date found on shelves. Other Targets in the area are not in this much bad shape, WTH

The grocery section of this Target is atrocius. Many, and I mean many items are strewn about all over shelves. It looks like there is no care for this part of the store at all. I found a few expired items on the shelves one approaching a year past BB date. Anyone shopping for grocery items here check the dates on anything.

The customer service workers that you go to pick up your online orders from are rude and condenscending. I went in to pick up my order and read the email wrong and Maia and the guy that was there at 11:30 this morning were to busy to wait for me to find the email, even though when i walked up they were doing nothing. You're better off doing drive up so you dont have to deal with rude employees.

I love Target really I do but this location is atrocious! Nothing is where it should be, it's always so unkempt and messy. There's shelves with missing items, shelves that you think are empty but really aren't. The worst area of the entire store is the makeup and shampoo and beauty section. Opened product spilled product and sometimes old products. It's disgusting! They really need to do an overhaul of that store and redo it because it's just gone downhill!

Purchased cords for my families iPhones as stocking stuffers, sold by and recommended from Target staff. Attempted to exchange since they are the wrong connectors. Refused on account of Targets unique, baffling, and out-of-step industry practice of refusing Apple product store credit or return to the card. So I’m stuck with $150 of goods. Reminds me why everyone just heads to Amazon. Or in this case, Apple. 0 stars.

Target drive up service is bad. I have wait 45 minutes and I am getting a message by says the order was picked up when I am still waiting for it. The store manager SAM and Lead of the department telling me its been picked up. When I talk to them about the issue, they can't tell me what happen and all of the sudden the order appears. They don't have no manners how to talk to the customers. Sam needs to be trained properly and Target needs to make sure hire someone with the customer service experience. If one of the drive up employee makes a mistake accept it and Apologize for the mistake. He is telling the customer here is the order and very Rudely saying have a nice day.
