BIG TRUCK FRIENDLY
Despite what people say…. I use this car wash on average 4 times a week with a subscription plan. It’s been out 5 times in a whole year. Never damaged anything. It’s not perfect , but I have more use than most and it’s great.
Inside …. People are cool , place is clean, it’s a gas station for gods sake. 8 person crew vs 1000 customers a day, give them a break !

Used to he great $35 for premium wash Touchless have to pay extra for vacuuming. The biggest kicker is the car wash is always broken you can get better deals from an actual car wash. I hate to write this review but when the car wash is broken several times a month and I’m paying $35 a month. As other reviews said it used to be great

The car wash is not only drastically overpriced, but completely useless. Save yourself the time and throw your money directly into the garbage. There's a real carwash down the street on Lake Cook, it's a fraction of the price, and the vacuums are free. Also, the rewards "discount" is $0.05/gallon for the first 35 gallons, not $0.10 as advertised.

Worst customer service ever, today around 4:30am I stopped to get some gas and for whatever reason the pump didn’t stop when my car got full and gas started to come out leaking everywhere somehow I manage to stopped it and I went inside to tell the guy what just happened. I ask him if there was sign he needed to put out there I honestly didn’t really care about the money I was more focus on my safety and others, tell me why this guy tells me “ oh it’s fine I’ll let the morning crew deal with it if your car gets on fire we just need to call the fire department “ in my mind I’m like what the hell. Like seriously anybody smoking or just one spark and whole thing can get on fire and you acting like it’s nothing. Never stopping there again.

I come to this gas station most of the times and after tonight I will never come back to this place. A man, who is on duty at 8pm tonight, has no sense of customer service and is being very ignorant. My credit card was stuck in the credit card slot and he made me wait for it to pop out on its own. I come back to the store and that was when he just literally a pushed shut off button on his end and then turned his back walking toward the back door.

This is the slowest car wash line ever. I'm currently stuck in it...42 minutes and counting with no option to bail because it's a single lane.

It's conveniently located with access from both Rand road and Lake Cook road. The gas station is clean and has a good convenience store. Gas prices are competitive.

OK, I normally wouldn't write a review on a gas station, but a couple of things have happened to me here that bear mentioning. First off, earlier this year somehow my credit card was skimmed at this gas station and somebody tried to buy something online with it. When I reported this to the cashier inside a few days later, they confirmed that they were aware it was happening. Their attitude was that they did not know how it was happening, and it's pretty much just a fact of life. Really?! So now I only pay cash at this gas station, and it's a major aggravation. More recently, when I went into pay, the clerk excitedly handed me a book of coupons.$0.10 a gallon off for regular, and $0.20 off a gallon for premium, which I use. The first time I used one of these coupons something didn't seem right. They charged me exactly what it said on the pump. When I said what about the coupon, she said it does it automatically. Which it did not. I let it go. The next time I used one of these coupons they told me you can't use these here. ?????? Then why are you handing them out?. Don't be fooled by the newness of this gas station. It is being run by what I refer to as the "incompetent generation".
