Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I recently visited store on 04/18/2024 to purchase a tobacco product, and I must say, I was deeply disappointed by the level of customer service I received. During the transaction, I encountered an issue with an employee named Jeff. When he requested my ID for age verification, I presented it to him as requested. However, when he insisted on physically taking my ID from my hands for scanning, I politely declined and suggested that he could verify it from my hands instead.
Instead of accommodating my request or providing a reasonable explanation, Jeff became increasingly rude and confrontational. He even went as far as to mimic my speech and adopt a dismissive attitude, which made me feel deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store.
Furthermore, when I requested to speak with a manager to address my concerns, Jeff claimed that the manager was unavailable and refused to provide any further assistance. Despite my repeated attempts to obtain information for follow-up, Jeff was uncooperative and unhelpful.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy from the staff, and unfortunately, Jeff failed to meet these expectations. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.
I hope this review serves as feedback for improvement. I urge the management to address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees uphold the standards of professionalism and customer service excellence expected by customers.

Nice station with a glaring security problem
I come to this station about once a month, this month was on 2/23/24. It's consistently clean, well-stocked, and the employees are nice. I have no complaints about the convenience shop.
HOWEVER.... They have 5 pumps, at a minimum, that have a tampered security seals. Tampered seals are a warning sign that someone may have ptampered with the card reader and put in a skimmer. When I stopped at this station in january, I notified the employee that pump number 7 was tampered with, and they seemed ambivalent. When I stopped by on Friday, number 7 still has a broken seal. I took photos of #7, #9, and #11.
I let the attendant know about pump number 11's seal Friday (before I noticed how many hours also broken), and he seemed to take it more seriously, but it is concerning that so many of them have seals broken. One of them even looks like the covered up with a circular sticker (pump number 10), like they wanted to "fix it" without actually checking and sealing the inside.
Be very careful if you're paying at the pumps, and monitor your card statements.

Awful customer service from Julian. Super difficult person. Went in with my girlfriend and as we were asking questions he was being snarky and rude. Even tried to start a conversation with him and he wouldnt respond at all, wouldnt even acknowledge or look at me. Worst customer service out of any gas station in the area

I've never written a review for a gas station, but this one deserves it. Yesterday, I went there for a car wash. The young guy, with semi-long hair who worked there, did a pretty decent job to wash my windows before I even pulled inside. I gave his a $5 as a tip (or so I thought). When I was leaving the lane and pulled outside, that boy stood there and gave me my $20 back, saying "It's too much". What a great and honest young man. His parents have done such a good job raising a hardworking, honest boy. Kudos!

GOING OUT OF BUSINESS? .. Saturday 8/12/2023 morning cashier (older white male) with horrible hangover could care less about service, manners and customer care when previous shift staff did not put paper in pumps for car wash transactions and saw three cars waiting for a car wash attendant to guide them for a car wash... So, I left without getting a car wash knowing they have huge problems with staff, scheduling, etc. Awkward communication with this cashier who should be rescheduled to weekday nights so he has plenty of rest...... Google showed store hours were tampered with to reflect that gas station is closed just to upset managers there... ??

Great little gas station! The car wash is excellent! Actual spinning brush towel "thingies" it actually work like they used have. No touchless BS. Was very helpful inside and the fellow outside was great. For six bucks he's soaked down the front of the car did a couple other things and even put a clear protective plastic bag over my rear windshield wiper to protect it. And great service the car came out super clean it's a great deal. Go inside pay for the wash he'll be out in six or seven minutes. The owner of this place obviously cares. Hopefully he doesn't change it,,, it's a great find.
