“Had a storage unit with this location for over 20 years. Decided today that it was time to empty it out. Went to the unit to open it up and the lock didn’t work. After multiple attempts, Mike from public storage came out and got the lock open for me. It was a HUGE help. Thanks Mike for your help!”
