just had a terrible experience here.. i bought a groupon and made a appointment when on the phone the receptionist asked me if i have been there before and i said yes. After washing my hair the hair dresser tells me that i can't use the groupon... why wouldn't you tell me that before?! and so i asked if i could use the money towards the hair cut also no... terrible customer service especially when the groupon says you can buy it twice

Very mediocre. Groupon advertises single process color, they claim to only do the roots. If they fail to do a good match, roots and hair turn out different,not like a baleage style , simply you would be showing 2 colors. Colorist did not bother to clean the paint in the back neck area, second day at office, collegue pointed that out. She had only cleaned the front area. Asked for a trim,layers, volume , a haircut which would frame the face, she cut one inch, could not define a hairstyle, hair was just the same as before. They are not professional and white chairs were very dirty from previous clients.

Wasn't happy with extensions received. Complained and they replaced with other ones but still awful and still charged for additional extensions, not the service. Obviously did not tip. She made the mistake of ordering wrong color(not once but twice) and had to pay for 2. Should have complained but now a days gets you no where. Owner even saw first extensions and should have thought they were unacceptable.

Worst experience of my life and I left in tears. I called the salon 2 times and emailed them about Buying their groupon before I bought it that Includes " Single process color, conditioning treatment and haircut". I confirmed with their receptionist on 3/27 But that was all I needed for the appointment. Additionally they also called me to confirm. I came at 555pm for my 6pm appt. The stylist took me back right away And instead of starting with my haircut they wanted to do the color. Thats fine - I sat down very excited and I left these stylist know the color I was looking for. She'd then told me the Groupon is only good for a root touch up and not a single process color as advertised and as I was told by their recpetionist. Then she told me to dye the ends would be more money. I was not prepared for this. I walked in fully expecting everything to be taking care of as I was told it would be. Then I expressed that I could not afford this at that time which extremely embarassed me and then they told me I could wait 1 hr 45 mins to get my haircut if I wanted. Firstly they should have started with my haircut and we're just looking to get more money by having me dye my ends at full length and then cut them off? Seriously. I worked in a salon I know. Secondly no one at any turn stopped to actually help me and I left. This was awful and deceitful and a cash grab. If I would have been told to bring more I would have But their own people told me I was taken care of. That was how much dignity and integrity they have. I I have contacted groupon to let them know that this advertisement is false as well. Disappointed and I have been assured by kayla the manager to expect a call or email from " Don" The owner but am sure will not here anything as I left distraught. Stay away from liars

I had such an awful experience here, because of 0 customer service. I did like my hairdresser and my haircut, but front desk staff ruined it all. They kept blaming me for this situation when they obviously made a mistake during booking my appointment. I bought a Groupon and I made sure before coming , that it is ok to do so, and then they refused it, saying it is my fault.
I feel bad for the owner, because the staff just going to scare the customers away. Couple of my friends wanted to try it too, but now they are not, because of the experience I had at this salon.
They said, yeah, you don’t need to come back here. That is how you going to treat your customers? Not good for you.

Extremely disappointed with this salon. I have had to have appointments rebooked three times,
due to either the colorist or the stylist was out. This time , last week my color was terrible , and I had to leave the salon with wet hair because there was an hour I would have to wait after the color was done, to get my hair cut.
It’s a shame because I really thought I found a great salon.

I am a first time client and I got my haircut from lauren. She did such a great job and gave me exactly what i wanted. I ended up paying more than i would have liked to but it was very well worth it. If you are into edgy/shag cuts, lauren is the girl to go to!

Lucy is the best! She is so cute and so personable. I absolutely LOVE my haircut. She did an amazing job. The salon is so nice and clean. It really felt like a nice spa experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

This has been my go-to place since 2016. Don is super professional and extremely personable. Top notch service!
