This place employs Ms. Harness, a teacher that beat her ex-husband half to death, and Ms. Louise, a teacher on the DCFS watchlist for allowing her child to eat a THC laced brownie. I'd never take my kids here.

The teachers/caregivers at Quentin Road KinderCare treat my child with the same care and respect that we try to provide at home. As a first-time parent, the teachers have helped me feel more comfortable and they’ve even taught me a few new things too! I love that we are all learning and working together. It takes a community and the KinderCare community makes it fun!

My 27 month old started at this daycare around 4-5 months old and my 4 month old is in the infant class here now as well. If I am being honest, when we started with this center 2 years ago, I wasn't really thrilled. I already had a bad experience with another kindercare my 12 year old went to in Wheeling My 27 month old started at that facility when he hit 3 months, but we chose to transfer to the Quentin center because of location. I liked the original director I signed up with, but she went on leave soon after we started and the woman they had as a temp was really not that great - kinda rude. When the new director started, Katy, things started to change for the better! The teachers we've worked with are AMAZING! Some have been here since we started, and some are newer - but we love them all. My 27 month old started in infants, then tods and recently moved to the twos room and not only has Katy been amazing with helping the transition, lots of communication on helping our son given his specific needs, so have the all of the teachers. When my youngest was born, they were working with my older one for weeks beforehand - helping him learn about babies and how to be gentle, they made an impact at home that I cannot thank them enough for!I can't imagine from a managers perspective how it was for the current director when she started here after all of the turnover before her. Things seemed a bit of a mess and we actually debated switching centers at one point, so I can also see where some of these older reviews are coming from. But when she started I really had a good feeling, and I have to say that I am glad we stayed. My younger two are here full time, and these amazing people are helping me raise my children and we are so happy to have them (so are our LOs!) My 27 month old has been counting, knowing his colors, ABC's etc for months and they start with curriculum for the kids even for my 4 month old with different sensory activities.I really can't say enough good things about this center, all of the teachers we have worked with deserve the highest praise, especially the director who has seemed to help make it all happen! We'll be here until our kids age out if the center continues on the path it's on, and extremely devastated if that ever changes.

My son LOVES Quentin Road KinderCare, and so do I! He's 15 months old and has been going to this location since he was 13 weeks.STAFF: The Director is a superhero and the teachers are amazing! They are all always so kind and loving towards my son. Teachers in other classrooms know his name and greet him/us in the hallway. My son generally clings to my husband and I when we are in group settings, but most days he won't even say a proper goodbye to me at dropoff because he is so excited to be at KinderCare.FACILITY: It's always clean and often seasonally decorated. They feature pictures of their staff, students, and students' art throughout the building which makes it feel very welcoming. For security, there is a keypad lock on the front door.CURRICULUM: Each month has a creative educational theme with daily activities to match! Additionally there are monthly spirit weeks. Occasionally they host special events that parents are invited to attend. Twice a year a professional photographer comes in for picture day. As each major holiday approaches - we are given a craft my son made centered around the holiday, and it's the perfect amount of take-home art.TECH: KinderCare uses an app to communicate center updates, record details about your child's day, and share photos. Knowing when and how much my son was eating was a huge benefit to me while breastfeeding. Now that he's older, periodically checking the app is a way for me to feel connected to him while I am working. Before choosing Quentin Road KinderCare, we looked at several options. I am certain that we made the right decision and have recommended the center to other parents. :)

I initially had my reservation but my son has been going to this centre and I have no fear. Gradually, I see him mature and blossom to the man I want to see him be in future. Thanks for all you do. YOU ARE APPRECIATED!

The teachers and directors at KinderCare are professional, caring, and true partners with our family and helping our little one with his growth and development. They have great communication and I truly feel like they’re part of the village helping to shape our kids. They have fun and educational themes and lessons for the kids, and we love seeing what goes on during the day through pictures on the app! This team is so great, and we’re fortunate that our kiddo gets to learn from them!

We love this KinderCare! The teachers and staff are great and so invested in the children. They’ve done a great job with our 2 year old with potty training and learning letters, numbers and colors. For our older child, they have a great curriculum with themes about community, space, dinosaurs, etc. Both kids ask to go to school on the weekends :)

There are really no words to express the gratitude I have for this Daycare facility. My son has learned so much from them, not just in knowledge but learning to communicate and make friendships. He's learned to follow direction and his ability to follow a schedule and set rules has grown tremendously as well. Thank you so much to everyone who cares for Ben and who has cared for Bella. We love and appreciate you all!!!

Our daughter has been going to Kindercare for over two years now and absolutely loves it. She looks forward to seeing all her teachers and staff everyday. We would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a place their child can grow and learn each and every day. Having our daughter go to school and come home excited is what us as parents love to see. We know that she is safe and in good hands with everyone there. Shout out to all the staff including Sarah and Allyson! If WE could give more than 5 stars WE WOULD!

If I could give a negative start review I would. Please read my daughters story below as her safety was not top priority in this facility and I want people to think twice before choosing this location for your child. On Wednesday 1/20/21 during nap time My daughter got ahold of a barrette (from when the teachers did her hair every thatmorning) and stuck it in an outlet (we will never know the truth of why the outlet was either not covered or not covered with security outlet covers as opposed to the flimsy ones) either way she was not being watched long enough to stick a barrette into an outlet getting electrocuted. Yes. You read the correctly. This lead to an electrocution. The teachers described that they saw sparklers in the corner of their eyes. At which point they realized what happened to Addie and tried comforting her. They said her hands were charred and she had a burn Mark on her fingers. The assistant director tried calling only me but I had days before just gotten a new phone number. They did not call my husband or our emergency contact. About 45 minutes after the incident they then texted us through the app stating Addie had a minor incident. During something like this it is standard DCFS and First Aid protocol that if there is a mark on the child 911 must be called. None of this happened. Addie also has a heart condition and things like this can have an immediate impact on her cardiovascular system. We got there as soon as we could to remove Addie from the building and bring her to the emergency room immediately. When we got there my husband was able to enter the classroom and too this picture. Mind you this is about 2 hours after the incident snd the barrette was still in the outlet with children running around in the classroom. KinderCare still has yet to report the incident to DCFS and they have since told us the "concern has been addressed" I'm not sure what this means but to me they 1. There was neglect for this to even happen 2. The proper safety outlet covers were not used and 3. Did not follow standard procedure protocol or policies. I'm here to answer any questions you may have as we can share all the details now but it's been beyond traumatic for all of us and again I just want to make sure the possibility of this never happens to another kid.

I’ve had a great experience with the two’s classroom, the app is nice too, and I’ve also enjoyed the mini camps I’ve singed my kiddo up for. I would recommend anyone looking for care take a tour!

I will never change this location .Since the beginning I loved it so much. Is so clean, teachers are so nice and caring. They do different activities everyday. They take care of babies like is their own baby. Even now in this difficult situation with COVID-19 the center is so clean, everything is sanitized, u can’t go inside this way they can protect childrens more, only 1 person at a time can be by the entrance to pick up to drop off . They check temp for the kids/ babies at least 3 times a day, and also to whoever is dropping off . Cleaning their hands often during the day. Everyone that works inside keeps mask on all day long. They feed them different food every day. ( i stoped giving food from home) . I like the app as well, shows me everything that my baby do all day, they send me pictures or paints that she does it. Everything is so well taken care of. I really LOVE this daycare and everyone working there. My baby is so happy , every morning soon as she wakes up says “bye bye” to me , can’t wait to get out of the car to go in. Thank you to Sara, Miss Bre, morning teacher and to all the teachers that works there. Thank you to all of you for making so easy, safe and loving place to be. If you’re thinking to send your child there you won’t regret it. ( I mean it) .

Our child started attending when she was 3 months old. I was really nervous about sending her to daycare and going back to work. The staff made this transition easier than I could have imagined. They are so caring and responsive to any requests we have made. Our daughter has been there for a year now and she is always so happy when we come to pick her up. As she has gotten older the staff has been so great working with us to implement changes to her napping and feeding routines. I could not be happier with our experience here!
