PT Solutions in Palatine is an excellent place for physical therapy. It is a modern and open space with a great vibe, bright lighting with huge windows, and it is very clean. Most importantly, the therapists are amazing! Two different family members have gone to multiple sessions with two different therapists here in the past few months. The Clinic Director is fantastic, taking the time to assess the injury and clearly explain the mechanics involved, and he has been able to provide immediate relief as well as subtle coaching to address the problem. Both therapists are very professional yet also friendly, and it is clear they genuinely care about their patients and want them to get better. Finally, the front desk administrators are kind, thorough, and really helpful with flexible scheduling from week to week. We feel better thanks to PT Solutions!

Brett is the best! He's super friendly, and super helpful. He definitely knows what he's doing. My mom and my fiancé always leave feeling stronger and more confident about their conditions. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They make everyone feel really comfortable, and the facility is very clean.

I have gone to PT Solutions in the past and I have been very happy! I am very impressed on how Brett is helping my daughter. My daughter has made so much improvement with all the work Brett has done. He always thinks of something new for exercises and his encouragement gives her hope.

Brett is the most encouraging therapist when helping my daughter to get better.He is very inventive with his exercises when helping her.PT Solutions has helped both my wife and I so we could function better. I am extremely happy with their concerns in helping my family out.

Great physical therapist and Taylor at the front was very nice! Came in with neck and shoulder issues and it was completely fixed in about two and a half weeks! Fast recovery, good exercises that I can continue to do at home, and friendly/thoughtful people!

My daughter has been in PT for a few months now and their service is amazing! She is a swimmer and had a muscle issue in her abdomen. They have been able to help her fully recover and the staff is extremely friendly :) They really care about their patients and make sure everyone is having fun and staying safe. Brett is the best!! I have been going to Pt Solutions for three years now and I have been very pleased with the care that I have gotten through the facility. I am currently seeing Brett and he has helped me so much! He listens to me and is very concerned on how I’m feeling. He comes up with new exercises and I’m very impressed with him!! I ALWAYS look forward to coming to therapy and I leave my visit very happy!!!

I am currently going to physical therapy here for my second week of PT after getting into a major car accident a few weeks ago. I have been working mainly with Kevin and he's been a pleasure to work with. I feel badly for not being a good patient (late for appointments, rescheduling, etc...) but they are very understanding and are super personable.

I love this place! Brett, Kevin and Taylor are awesome! They are very friendly and helpful. It’s been a long journey but Brett and Kevin have helped me physically and mentally. They listen to my issues and help fix them. I am thankful for all their help. I highly recommend PT Solutions to anybody in need of physical therapy.

Pt solutions in Palatine is the best. They have an extremely friendly staff and always ask how i’m feeling before every session. Very flexible with making/changing/canceling appointments. They make working out fun!

My husband had PT after knee surgery here. He was very pleased with the care he received. Excellent place to go. The facility is very clean. The staff friendly and the therapies are excellent. They work with their patients to provider an individualize care plan for the most positive outcome.
