“They’ve got everything you need to move/pack and more! Whatever you’re missing or whatever you forgot in your hectic move, Uhaul of Palatine has got you covered! They’ve got a great selection of boxes, bubble wrap, and other moving supplies. What really set them apart was their customer service though. The two workers (a young woman and a new hire named Bob) who helped me were incredibly kind and extremely helpful in making sure I walked away content. Unfortunately I showed up with a car too small for the load of boxes I needed, but they let me test it out before purchasing which was super considerate, given I would’ve had to walk right back in to return my purchases. Moving can be stressful but these two put me right at ease with their humor and can do attitudes!”

“I own and operate a small general contracting company and so I frequently need a variety of rental equipment. I rent everything from concrete mixers to scaffolding and boom lifts. I've been in a rental store once or twice over 30 my years in business and these guys are without question THE BEST PLACE TO RENT EQUIPMENT!!! I will literally drive past other rental places closer to a jobsite just to rent from these guys. They've earned that level of loyalty from me. Danny and Glen are two of the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly managers you could ask for. They demonstrate an excellence in customer service you just don't find anywhere else. Colin, who runs the back end of the shop, gets me in and out, quickly and efficiently. They explain equipment operation thoroughly, load it, thank me for my business, and get me on my way. They are also all genuinely super nice guys and a pleasure to do business with. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile, even when they're up to their eyeballs busy. The staff at Rental Max Lake Zurich is the elusive trifecta of top notch people, top notch service and top notch equipment.
