As I expected, they deleted my original review because I spoke facts. I will continue to repost my review. Anyways, they messed up on not only my original tax return, but also my amended tax return. I originally owed a lot of money back, and additionally paid them $100 just for them to screw everything up for me. Today I received a letter in the mail stating that I owe the state an additional $107 for an ADDITIONAL mistake made on my amended return that they “fixed”. Do not come here to do your taxes, they are clearly incompetent and do not know what they are doing. Additionally I never received a refund from them after all of this chaos.
