Each and every staff member at PNC (in Palatine and on the 800 number) has been extremely helpful and always friendly. Also, if you use an ATM that's non-PNC Bank, they reimburse you for the charges. Highly recommend PNC Bank.

Both drive up teller lanes closed. Told by a very, very nice employee inside they no longer have tellers. Had to go to another branch to get the quantity of cash I needed on the denominations needed. It's a bank...they need to provide basic functions.

People are nice but to many sorrys and thanks for your patience now. Used to be fast but now slow at this branch. I believe if your old school like me, PNC I think is going complete digital and self serve which I am not into. Please hire at least one more person...thanks in advance. Might need to switch banks soon.

Awesome! Had never been to this location and the lady that took care of me was veryyy helpful! was able to get me in and out quickly and she answered all my questions! there was no line no waiting it was around 2pm so maybe it was the right time to come parking was good a lot of space to park your vehicle no issues there

Bad service I have been trying to open an account for my daughter for 2 days and we were there for another day for 2 hours and they couldn't help us the day it still took us more than 40 minutes and there were 3 people still helping us, they should train their people better because they offer a better service before they were the best now I think they are no longer the best ??

Walked in to open an account and apply for an auto loan (to receive the .25% off for having an account). Waited for 20 minutes and although the bank was dead several employees walked past us and didnt even acknowledge us. Finally i stood up and said is someone going to help us? When a banker (woman) finally asked what do you need I said forget it were going somewhere else. Point is we are not going to do business with a branch (bank) that ignores us.

Horrible customer service the worse uneducated bad taste ladies with the most mean and ungroomed personalities I have ever witnessed in thirty years of banking ,I highly encourage anyone to walk away from PNC u will save yourself a headach in the long run .

This is the worse branch EVER!! No one knows what they are doing, the wait to deposit or withdraw money is insane and no one wants to help. The branch manager just sits there and watches everyone waiting. He is a complete waste!! I’m closing all my accounts this month.

Male worker of middle eastern descent wouldnt let me deposit a post dated payroll check. Obviously he has zero clue how to be a banker. I suggest teaching new hires through classes so they can understand how to manage people's money professionally.
