I recently switched my car insurance company to Allstate thanks to Pedro Dominguez. I am very pleased with the service. He was patient, helpful and very considerate of my insurance needs. He worked with me to make sure I got the best deal possible. He also explained every detail and made sure all my questions about my policy were answered. Pedro made this process so easy that Im glad I switched! Thank you for giving me your time and being so informative! I look forward to working with him and Allstate for many years!

I recently was the victim of criminal damage to my vehicle. I called my agent Patrick McHugh and he immediately guided me through the process. He filed a report for me and continued to assist me throughout the entire process. I picked up my car today and can clearly say thank you to Patrick for being so professional and helpful. I have been with Allstate for several years but this was my first claim and the entire process was extremely favorable!

I was with this company for over 16 years with the previous agent and was very happy with the service I received. Once this new rep, Selma Karamovic,took over the office I have had nothing but bad experiences. Both the receptionist, Katie, and pagent have no idea how to treat customers with respect. Being a customer for so many years and having had no accidents or tickets I simply asked if there was a better rate. One response I received was "have you seen the economy" and the other being " why would we lower the rate, this is Allstate ".I was speaking to them respectfully and she said she was recording so I told her I was too and was going to send it to the corporate office. She said go ahead she didn't care.

I encourage everyone to ADD a "Service Line" rider to your homeowner account. Especially if you live in Winston park (where houses are over 50 years old).Recently had sewer and plumbing issues. Filed claim. So far $ 5300 (less deductible) has been covered. Plus when finished, I can recover the cost of repair to lawnscape wall, brushes and plants, and sod to cover the hole.Call Pat McHugh today!!!

I can’t recommend SK Insurance Agency enough!Staff in the agency is very nice, professional and knowledgeable, I was greeted with respect. What made the experience even better was my agent, Selma. She walked me through all the details, like what my coverage limits mean and how they would work in different situations. Selma answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before moving forward.
