The receptions at this office are disrespectful and unqualified. I was 1 minute late to an appointment and Dr. Snyder was unwilling to see my father, even though he had urgent prescriptions that needed to be refilled. He is recovering from a stroke. Dr. Snyder's refused to see my father, even though he was the last patient. I asked to speak to the doctor, the receptions were rude, disregarded me and him as a person, instead they directed me to the ER to get prescription refills. This place has no regard for human value.

Went in with a serious injury only to be told they can’t see anyone for an hour for a lunch break. & that no other locations close down for an hour, why have an Immediate care if it’s not staffed throughout the day

I am so very pleased I found Dr. Snyder as my G.P.! She takes the time to listen to all of my issues and questions. She gives practical and holistic advice, not just loading me up on medications. If you can search of a D.O. doctor for the same approach. I have read the reviews on Dr. Kumar. With the few walk-in appointments with him and my impression is he is not a bad doctor but rather it may be a cultural difference in working with clients. The front desk has made improvements over the last few years. With a new place and COVID, I think they were working out the office flow.

This medical center is excellent, especially when you need serious and immediate care. The diagnosis tests can be quickly done in the same medical building. The reception staffs are very friendly, and the doctors are very professional.

Simply put Mukesh Kumar is the kind of doctor that has no bedside manner. He is rude, dismissive, and unsupportive. In my time as his patient, he has cancelled appointments four times. This most recent cancellation was enough for me.

So many bad reviews made me hesitate to go to this place. Yesterday I decided to walk-in as it's convenient for me. The receptionist was nice checking in and checking out making sure my pharmacy is correct one. The nurse wasn't bad. Dr. Kumar was good and spoke clearly. I was in and out probably a little over an hour included 25 minutes waiting for a test result.

Receptionist gave me a problem about my insurance when all she had to do was run my name through the database and the insurance would have came up(being to lazy). Once I said speak to a supervisor she got it together really quick. Dr. Kumar is the worst came in ready for an argument, he doesn’t listen and then had the nerves to ask me the same questions after I had already mentioned them to him in the beginning. He told me that nothing was wrong with my son and then gave him a prescription for over the counter cough syrup. Now my son is feeling worse and I may have to get him to an emergency room. Worst experience ever the receptionist and Dr. Kumar gave me racist vibes. While me and my son were thee only African Americans in the clinic!! Wouldn’t recommend them to my dying dog and I should’ve came and checked out the reviews first.

I went in for a pre-surgical routine covid test. I got there 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. They forgot about me I sat there for 40 minutes. Then when the test was administered she went so far up my nose that I got a bloody nose. Skip this place!!!

I was injured at work, came in with a neck injury. They claimed they did not get the fax from my employer. I came into the facility telling them I had been injured and was in pain, I went out to the car and called and they resent the fax verifying that I was to be seen and by the time I got back and they told me that they could no longer take any more appointments for the afternoon. I had originally gotten to the facility at 3:30 and they turned me away at 4 o’clock in pain. They have a contract with my employer… So I had to call my employer up crying because I’m in pain… And they had to refer me to another facility. I am a school social worker and got injured on the job, and don’t have a lot of time to run around town seeking out healthcare providers. I felt like they were very rude and didn’t care… I wouldn’t send anyone there! Horrible customer service! I’m going to contact my employer and complain formally in the morning. No one that is injured should be treated that way…
