We came here to purchase a used car, and we had such a pleasant experience with Chris. He was patient with us throughout the entire process, and he was crystal clear about everything. He didn’t have to stay until the end, but he made sure that we’d come and pick up the car while he was working so that he could make sure that everything went smoothly. He is the real manager who has a strong sense of responsibility. If you’re planning on purchasing Subaru cars, I highly suggest that you make a trip here.

Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions. They truly focused on what I said ai was interested in and at no time did they try to upsell me. My salesman. Sunny. was most professional. The finance person. Chris. Was concerned that I would not be paying for items and coverages I did not want. I was happy to have purchased a vehicle with caring people!

We purchased a car in June with cash. It is now September and we still have not received a title. When we reached out to them in August they said state is running behind when that is a lie because we purchased a car in July and the title came in less than a month. We reached out to the state and they said they have no record of sale for our car since no paperwork was submitted by this dealership. When we asked them to show us the paperwork, they finally showed us the paperwork with August date 1 day after we reached out. We purchased the car in June but they didn’t submit the paperwork for 2 months and they even charged a fee to do this. We asked state what we should do and they told us they can’t give legal advice but we should reach out to an attorney as this is not this first time Napleton brand has refused to hand over the title of a car they sold. This is our experience and I would avoid buying a car from not only this dealership but any dealership with a Napleton name!

Embarrassing: (1) they replaced the cabin air filter; after I get in the car the filter is in the floor and the whole pocket assembly too !! (2) they replaced the windshield wiper blades and one of them still had the protective plastic on it!!!!!

Mario helped my husband and I get a new car for our growing family. He was very genuine and we felt comfortable working with him. It is our first Subaru and so far we love it. Would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Mario if you are are in the market for a car.
