I purchased head light bulbs and I put one in and it was so dim it looked like I had no lights and it caused a dash light to come on and that has never happened when I have changed my head light bulbs before.Not sure what the problem was with these bulbs.The return process was uncomfortable and I did not feel welcomed in their store.

The commercial manager Juan is extra rude.
Thinkin he can intimidate customers by yelling and puffing his chest. He needs to learn to listen to customers and how to talk to them before working at a customer service job.

I have been placing orders online for store pickup for about a year now as Napa is the only one that carries the oil I want (I change my oil 1-2 times a month) The first time I had the experience with this store it was before they moved. The store was extremely cramped and unorganized and workers very unprofessional. Once they moved to the new location I was hoping would be a little better experience, but seems like the store is the only thing that improved. Nobody greets you when you walk up to the counter and when I asked for help with an online order I was told there was a specific guy that would help me and everyone else was just off doing their own thing(including the guy that was supposed to help me). Just in case he didn’t know I was waiting for him I told him I had an online pickup whenever he has the chance (but before I could finish he holds up his hands and tells me to wait (he is not on the phone or anything) I was so extremely turned off by this incident but decided not to cause a scene and just grab my stuff and leave.Just placed another order last night and received a few voicemails this morning about the order. Called back around 11:05 and Mike tells me that the store that has all my items are in Des Moines, IA and it would’ve been here by Friday had I picked up my phone. I told him it is what it is but coming from a logistics background that it kinda seems like poor logistics for an order from Des Moines to take 4 days to get here. He got extremely defensive and tells me that it’s not via ups or a courier and it’s not as easy as just putting things in a car and driving it over. I forgot what I said but he got really upset when I called him “dude” and tone completely changed and the arguing begins… sorry I called u dude? lolThat was the last straw and will never be doing any business with this store.

NAPA is a real auto parts store, unlike the "fast food" part stores like Autozone, Advance and O'Reillys.
