Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service
I visited this store recently and was thoroughly disappointed by both the product and the service. Initially, I purchased what I believed to be sparkling alcohol, and upon returning to buy a variety pack, I realized the new purchase was not sparkling. When I attempted to exchange it, I was directed to resolve the issue with the original manufacturer, which I found quite unreasonable. Further, when I inquired about the store's return policy, the response I received from the staff was unexpectedly rude. The employee stated bluntly that they do not offer refunds. I am left questioning the legitimacy of their customer service practices. This experience has unfortunately deterred me from future visits and I would caution others to consider this before shopping here

They sold me a previously opened, watered down bottle of Very Old Barton. That's super shady, avoid this place at all cost. Look at the light color and broken seal.

Yes the location is filled with great variety and using modern techniques to the best form for the customer service is a bonus all the time. Stella Artoiss is also my favorite for the kickback is the flavor. Finally the great respect in the store is also appreciated.

I don't know if anyone's reading reviews of liquor stores, but I want to say nice things about Mr. A's, because I love buying booze here. Sometimes you go into a liquor store and it's just grim, grim, grim, with creepy lighting, dusty shelves, and cashiers that look like they want to die and they wish you were dead too. Mr. A's is the total OPPOSITE. It's clean, has a great selection of alcohol, mixers, and snacks, and yeah, I guess the lighting isn't creepy because I've never really noticed it?I typically just see two employees here, one of whom I think might be the Mr. A! He is extremely warm and friendly and always smiling. The second man is a little more reserved but always very nice and polite. There is this adorable little black dog one of them has, that's kind of the store mascot it seems. There are rather professional looking photos of him/her around the store, greeting customers and making recommendations. I think that's a nice touch. I wish the actual dog could be in the store-how awesome would it be to have a little pooch helping you make a wine selection? Only thing that would make the place better, in my opinion.
