Today around 4pm when I tried to get help with my phone internet issues the lady in the front desk gave me a bad attitude and a very poor customer service. I have been with this company for 10 years and I never had this bad customers service. She resolved my problem but she gave me bad attitude saying that I need to pay more than I usually pay. My plan is unlimited data even though I still need to pay also I am trying to get a new phone. I asked the lady for help but she denied to help me. Today this company lost another client.

Just visited 2 weeks ago. The new owner was very helpful and straightforward for what I needed, not to mention that he knew about all of his product and service. I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone for Metro by T-mobile. This is best Metro by T-mobile store I have been!

This has to be the worst place, went in to get a free phone, wound up spending 230.00 on a screen protector and a cheap case! They did not refund my money, they lied I had to call corporate and the Chinese man that works there is very prejudice, he told us he had to go look at the video camera to see what was said. I have it all on video! How do you not show a customer how much something costs? This store is not a CORPORATE STORE! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!

I was very grateful with their service. They not only left the store open in this chaos, for someone like me that needed emergency help with the phone, but also manage to keep the store super clean. I felt very comfortable and happy getting service there and even was able to soothe my anxiousness through the incense sticks they had on. I normally don't post any reviews, but I really wanted to let everyone know of the outstanding services they perform regardless of the situations. They really are the best!

It was very cheering and warm to pay my bill at this location. The store was very clean and they were practicing social distancing exactly as it was instructed by the media. A trustworthy store to get services in this season.
