I have had State Farm for a long time and at one time considered switching because I didn’t like the service. Then I moved and to make things easier I switched locations and agents going with Matt Trembley. I couldn’t have been happier. Him and his staff have always been friendly and very accommodating when I’ve needed anything, even just an explanation on a policy. Would highly recommend this location

Last month I needed to update my business insurance. Matt Trembley at State Farm was amazing! He took the time to understand my business needs, made a visit my plant first hand to see the operation, and took then the time to explain my current plan in detail, highlighting both the strengths and weaknesses. And the previous plan was 400 pages long!
His feedback helped me to make an informed decision. Matt speaks positively of his team and their responsiveness - they typically get back to me within hours of whenever I request a COI. I highly recommend Matt for his your insurance needs and personalized business insurance solutions!

For those people looking to find a State Farm agent this is the place to go. Stay far away and run from the Eric Esch State Farm office on Rand Road. He lies on his reviews to make his office seem better. When he responds to bad reviews he lies about his service. He says he services his customers but never does. Once he has your money you never hear from him again unless he tries to sell you more insurance. Beware.

We are so thankful and proud to be clients of Matt's. Recently, he was able to look at my previous business policy, and not only provide MUCH better coverage. The previous policy, which was with another company actually had left me with holes that could have been catastrophic to my business if we had a major event (fire/water/etc.) Prior to that, Matt took great care of our family with our Home, Auto, etc. policies as a bundle. In addition, Matt's team is friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the products and coverages, and were prompt with their communication. I can't recommend Matt Tremblay to be YOUR State Farm agent highly enough!!

Been with this agency since 2001. Auto insurance has been good, homeowners has been terrible. Mr Trembley and State Farm have not been “good neighbors”. Our town experienced a 100 year flood many years ago, water damage in our basement was covered. Town was under water for same reason 2 years later, wife also had car accident in same storm. State Farm canceled relevant water damage coverage, certainly no call or anything from our “good neighbor” Mr Trembley after these terrible, simultaneous events.Recently a contractor discovered wind damage on the roof of my house and detached garage. Filed claim, State Farm inspected and claimed only one shingle on each roof was damaged despite many shingles pulled up and visible from the ground. Shingles were no longer available, State Farm pushed a “matching“ which does not match. When challenged, they said if you can’t notice the difference from the ground then it doesn’t matter. I involved Mr Trembley asking for help, got nothing but excuses and never a phone call. Not a “good neighbor”, just a cheap company with representatives that aren’t there when needed, just collecting residuals until retirement. Contractor said State Farm and Allstate are by far the worst, biggest weasels when it comes to doing the right thing. I’m sure Mr Trembley wouldn’t be ok with or settle for mismatching shingles diminishing the value of his home. Good riddance.
