They finally have more employees at the Deli! My wife and I no longer spend weekend mornings waiting to be served. Thank you Marianos Management.

We love this location. Devlyn and Rose waited on us and they were both so pleasantly kind and accommodating. My daughter loves the brownies and they warmed one up for her and gave her a water cup. It felt like family was waiting on us. We were the only customers and they were very nice to my 9 year old daughter and had a conversation with her. They really made her day and took this picture with her! We will be back again when we are in the area for sure A+ service. So clean and located in the Mariano's.

Holy fuck this sushi was really Top notch. I got the orange Maki and it was better than restaurant sushi I've found around here. Especially sushi Para. That's alright but service if iffy.

So frustrating to shop at this store these days. Always out of several items on my list. And it seems every time I shop, the shelves are filled more and more with only the Kroger brand. So if the Kroger brand only has one variety of an item, they only carry that one variety. And half the time they are out of that! After Kroger bought this store and it started it's downward slide I still shopped at this store for the meat and fresh produce. Now the produce seems on the verge of going bad. And the meat is so overpriced. It's hard to tell if it's poor management at this location or the poor quality is being driven by corporate.

It's finally come to this. I've got to write a bad review for a grocery store. Every time I come to this store, there are *countless* items on the shelf that are expired. You have to double check every single thing you put in your cart. It shouldn't have to be on the customer to double check expiration dates; it should be on the store to keep their shelves stocked with things that are safe and in date. On Sunday my husband came home with a month old expired yogurt and a four month old bag of tortilla chips. Four months! And no one thought to check if the chips were in code? Insane. Shame on my hubs, yes, for not double checking, but dang Marianos. What's going on here?

This is the absolute worst grocery store I've ever been to. I never come here with a full list and actually get everything on the list. They are always out of countless items. It's so frustrating.

I can always depend on Mariano's having everything on my list. In today's market that is remarkable! Thank you Mariano's Easy and accessible for anyone in the area. Never had a problem going here. it was on point employee. All of them are friendly and courteous. It makes me feel welcomed and willing to help you all the times. The meats, chicken and beef are always perfect, nice fresh cuts. Excellent deli counter, huge selection of cold cuts and prepared foods. And has a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables too and even the baked goods have a lot of variety to choose from. Great experience shopping here. It was impressively store. The customer service was top notch.

As soon as I enter the store, there is a cart ready wiped and ready to use. I like how is the masks required wearing inside the store. That's my ultimate decision why I go to this store for the safety of both customers and employees. For sure I will go this store more often.

Face it world, Mariano's has been in the toilet since Mr Mariano sold it to Kroger. While it remains a useful fixture in our community it's become far lower grade than what it was. Gone are the pianists, here is the look of a big box grocer in a suburban regional chain. Kroger has demolished the guts of what was a chain of really nice stores with great staff members and cheap store branded product that went an extra mile for satisfaction. The Kroger store branded stuff doesn't exist here, prices are sky high for products you can get at a discount grocer up the road. The only thing this store is good for is their Vero gelatos & the sushi, and Vero products are sold in lots of stores and their sushi is pretty terrible if you are more than an hour or two from the time they make it. And since the stores have changed hands their sushi chefs are a lot less enthusiastic to make sushi fresh to order. They'll come up with random clownish excuses like "We're out of rice and have to get it from in back" As if you can't have a stock runner grab rice and get the sushi bar back up and running NOW? This store defies logic of a client oriented business and firmly shows that it's a corporate shill run by Kroger in the name of Marianos. I'm pretty sure the Marianos family is bemoaning this as much as I am.

Why was Mariano's closed yesterday, Fri 1/21/22? At 1pm parking lot was empty (4 cars). Doors locked. Had to govto Jewel instead which was packed and checkout lines were 6 deep. What's going on?

I ordered flowers at this Mariano's for my daughter's bridal shower. The florist did a beautiful job using vases that I had dropped off earlier in the week. I think the arrangements were priced very fairly.

After 5 years of receiving my 2 prescriptions each month at Walgreens I noticed on the GoodRX website that Mariano's was $40 on average cheaper than Walgreens. My doctor submits my RX's electronically good for 3 months of refills (the max allowable by law). So recently I asked her to switch to Mariano's. The transition was easy and the Mariano's staff could not have been friendlier. I would like to highlight staff member MARINA (pharmacist). She's very kind, patient, down to earth, helpful, and made everything work from the first time I visited to initiate the switch. Walgreens was good to me (for the most part). But they are EXPENSIVE. My insurance has a high deductible and so I rely on GoodRX coupons to lower the bill each month. Mariano's is the real deal. Enjoying the saving$$$$ THANK YOU MARIANO'S PHARMACY IN PALATINE!

I used to really like Mariano's when it was actually a Mariano's. Now that Kroger's purchased the chain it has been slowly revamped into a lower level grocery store. This has propelled me over to Whole Foods. Such a disappointment.
